- The other day I was curious about the Behringer MonoPoly. So I bought a B-Stock at Thomann for under 500 Euro!

I must say that it is as powerful as the original! At least for the fun it makes!
Here is our 20 minutes Techno Live-Jam with the MonoPoly, supported by a Roland SH-101 on bass and Johannes aka Xepeia on Ableton Live 12 drums! Enjoy!

No way. Bro. Not even close to the original! Neat session tho.! (We did shit like this with simple PC/DOS related synthesis in the demo scene).! Shame that they fake it, with a similar front plate design. Haven`t heard anything in there that closely reminded me of the real thing.!
Inmho this one of the best Behringer synth. With their Odyssey and B 2600. Great jam !

Great track. I too was curious about the Borg Monopoly and bought used one. I have 2 original korgs. 1 needed a new power supply and 1 working) both of mine OGs have been modded to make it brighter. Having adjusted the filter on the Korg to about 19k I can get them to sound almost identical. 95% maybe? People can argue all day long about how close they sound but in my case I like that it gives me the “Flavor” of the OG and especially the way it functions. It functions like the OG and I’m as interested in functionality as much as the sound.
Sequence is Rock Solid 💯❤
So glad they did the monopoly instead of the polysix which always seems to get the focus, like for example in Kronos. Give me the MP any day. Great demo as always boys!

ya, always feel like that, in the end just find your instrument ("real", synth, vst, doesnt actually matter...)

In der Tat! Mein original MonoPoly hat mich damals 600 DM gekostet und war ein relativ rares Stück im Deutschland der mittigen 90er! Der Behringer ist wirklich sehr überzeugend gelungen!
@@winesynths ich hatte leider nie selbst einen originalen, aber konnte ihn ein paar mal bei einem Freund benutzen und absampeln. Er hatte auch einen Polysix. Wäre schön wenn es den auch noch als Remake gäbe 😏
