- The Jeff Austin Band performing John Hartford's Aero-Plain Album at the John Hartford Memorial Festival #8 in Bean Blossom, IN June 2, 2018. With very special guests Darol Anger and Jay Starling. www.HartfordFest.com
This was probably the most fun I’d had filming a band . I’ve watched this show twice in a week just reminiscing back to that epic night .
Thanks Jeff for the memories
I like to imagine that Jeff and John Hartford are riding together, high in the sky on that Stream Powered Aereo Plane.

I flew from Oregon almost just because of this set. There were other things there too. But I was good friends with Jeff. Miss you brother
Back in 07 at a yonder show I yelled “roses are red” two shows while Jeff was setting up and the second time, he yelled back “violets are blue” I yelled “I love Jeff austin” and without skipping a beat he said and I love you too. After seeing me at almost every show he started giving me tickets to everywhere they went and became a good friend after. I miss you Jeff. Wish you knew how much you are missed. Yonder without Jeff is phish without trey. Jeff Austin band with Danny Barnes was amazing too. Saw them at the jubilee I think 2016
That's a great story! What a way to build a rapport. Sure wish Jeff was still around, but man oh man does his spirit live on! He put his life into his craft, and the impact of that authentic dedication ripples wide and echoes loud. He touched & influenced so many souls. I was never blessed to see him in person, but I have been blessed to be introduced to his legacy through those he impacted with his amazing, authentic spirit. I'm grateful for that. 🙏 Thanks, Jeff.

One of my favorite musicians ever covering one of my favorite Albums of all time. What a great set! RIP John and Jeff! Fly High Boys
I have to agree with everyone, I miss Jeff. I miss his singing and his humor and his musical genius! Yonder musicians are all good in their own right but their singing to me is like an old time barber shop quartet without Jeff's vocal style. He was so amazing and so much fun. We saw first yonder in 1999 and went to every show we could find locally in the Boulder Ned CO area and went camping with everyone out at State bridge for multiple days. The amount of energy those guys put out at a show could have lit up the entire state of Colorado for a week! RIPower & peace Jeff... We hope you got your peace of mind, and we'll be following you down someday. We all wish your family well.
RIP Jeff. What a great set. Back in the good ole days is a heartbreaker

So many Fond Memories of Jeff being Coked Up Out of His Mind and Playing the Same Runs Over and Over.
Anyone have the full set list for this one? I'm unfamiliar with a couple.
Who is this banjo player? I can't find his name anywhere.
Kyle Tuttle! He is currently the banjo player for Molly Tuttle (no relation)
