As far as the phone. My boss dropped his phone in the water this morning and within a span of 15 minutes the phone called my phone 7 times. The phone calls could have caused by the phone being in water.
alot of these type of stories r of people who get wasted n wander off n fall n drown n bodies of water. that's wut started the whole Smiley Kller thing, it's not necessarily sinister. the dude jus wasn't paying attention, n also made the choice to get hammered. best to go drinking n groups to avoid this, have a sober member to make sure all parties get home safely.
You are correct. I remember reading that people were getting calls from the phones of deceased after the Surfside condo collapsed. Relatives were freaking out because caller ID would identify their dead loved ones as the caller. Phones do weird things when in water for sure. 👍

It sounds like he could've been slapping at the water trying to keep his head above water. Maybe hearing him choking and gagging on water. At times crying out for help. They said BAC was 0.53. Most people would already be dead at that high of a BAC... All of that to say, I don't shit...
I recall hearing that the BAC can be raised when a body is in the water for an extended period of time, so it's not always accurate in the case of water deaths

That other number he was ringing coulda been a dealer. Probably meeting them and that's why the friends lied about where they dropped him off. Coulda got high and fell in the water.
I can make out certain things being said…I hear (Name?) is dead…apparently gone yeah…I’m not going to jail over our country…I mean it..bring the dogs or the guns..cause they don’t trust me……This is what it sounds like to me being said and I’ve listened to that 2 minute VM numerous times…it also sounds like puking and choking noises and then a terrified screaming towards the end….this whole story is very disturbing and bizarre!
From what I’ve looked into, his wife was speaking to him for 2 minutes before she three way called his friend. This voicemail was created when his friend didn’t answer. So it’s believed his wife was still on the line with him when the voicemail recorded all that. Weird either
