This works so well. I had a task far too big for today and decided I’ll watch this to get motivated. Now I broke my task all down to a fraction of my goal. Now I’m doing the one task and just adding onto it!

I would, honestly, like rewatch this video I can use method of setting a goal that I complete within a day. Thank you for creating this video for us!
The reason why folks don't achieve big goals isn't because they feel they have to write whole books in one sitting instead of a microgoal of a ten page draft. It's that they are weighted down with bad experiences, regrets, memories of failures, etc. Until they can get that weight lifted off of us, they'll never have the strength to complete even a microgoal.
