    White Onions 2
    Sage 6 Leaves
    Extra virgin olive oil 50 g
    Butter 15 g
    White wine vinegar 20 g
    Pepper nero pinch

      @@passportcookbook Well, I've managed to middle through once more. Awesome! I must say though, don't buy supermarket liver! Sliced way too thin, and frozen rock hard. I use recipes as a guide, so went sort of sideways, with a light roux, and braising the meat in the sauce. So more like New Orleans than Venice. LOL, in Natchez Ms Nawlins is closer! My next attempt will either involve scoring a whole liver, or using chicken livers instead. Anyway, Thanx for the discourse, and getting it. Good evening, Clarice...
