Hi Sarah, Really enjoyed this video!! One of my favorite is to keep a Done or completed List.. it helps me realize I am getting things done, beforehand I would take on additional work thinking I wasn't doing much. This Done List gives me confidence. Also it's a list for times of "When did we do that".. Thanks for all the content!!!l 😍

Thank you Sarah, Loved that you were facing the camera, that was a cozy corner 😊 is it your new office? You are really glowing hey. I loved the content and it would be nice if you could do the complete breakdown from Goal, to monthly sidebar to broken down into the weekly side bar and then execution, or is it to much to ask?
    Enjoy a super awesome day.

Fab video. Any chance of more on cadence. I’m fascinated. I have so many moving parts in my new job it is overwhelming and you’re helping me through! Thanks.

Great point about the transition point. I tend to work past 5pm too so what I do is set an alarm to remind me to clock off. When I’m focus on my task I may not be looking at the time. The alarm has helped me so much. Simple reminder but super helpful to help balance between work and life.

    Love this!
Moments that matter is a thing that work throws at us, so I had to giggle when you mentioned it.

Where is that mini planner from or can you recommend a small or inexpensive hourly planner for me to do this? I will start a new job in October (I’ve been a college teacher and will be working as a project manager at my college) so I feel like this video will really help me!
I’m in the Netherlands by the way, so if you do have a recommendation I’d appreciate a brand rather that a store name. 🙂

New digs?? How did you work out what your cadence was so you knew what to incorporate in your daily/weekly/monthly routines?

I set up a “work office” in my den for my new role and my other office is more like a workshops now. As far as the Cadence it is really driven by the company plus your role. When I wasn’t tied to sales performance I could just structure what I wanted but once I was tied to sales I had to align to the fiscal month.

What is the little green hourly book you have?
