Steve Aoki has been a fraud since he stopped being Linkin Park keyboard player.
On the other hand, Dan's tune is funky and jazzy, very refreshing, showing once more that Japanese musicians are very good jammers.
@@Gibbidens I don't know much about the dude, his type of music not being mine but I think it's kinda a lame marketing move to ask for a remix by an artist just because their name has some kind of weight and popularity
There are way too many extremely talented Indie producers/composers out there like you said, even in the community.
Giving a shine to those people here and there would show that Capcom care about their community, or is open minded.
PS: I just realized they did it with Ed's theme for example, which was great, but they should do it more often

While I do like Sakura's theme, it's not original to her. It's just a slower paced remix of Mega Man 3's title screen music. Just like how they used the second theme from Dr.Cossack Castle in Mega Man 4 to make Charlie Nash's theme.

@@kingofgrunder5494 It's a bit less apparent for the MM3 & Sakura themes, as it's not a full 100% conversion, some parts are a bit different, but when you listen to both one after the other your ears can pick it up. Dr.Cossack and Charlie though, they're nearly identical, so it's a lot more obvious. Best I can do is give you links to the music themes here on RUclips for you to listen. You can also change the MM3 theme's playback speed to 0.75 to make it more in line with Sakura's theme, as well as make her's play at 1.25 speed to match MM3's theme.

It was Capcom's official band with many musicians for games, not only Yoko Shimomura as a pianist.

Dan's went from being just a silly joke character to the Jackie Chan of Street Fighter: bold, comedic, boastful, and iconic as hell.

@@PASTELXENON I think it has more to do with her SF4 theme being really good, and then being butchered to hell and back several times in SF5, more than anything else. When I first heard it in 5, instead of it being straight up in your face like in 4, there was sounds..... and some beats..... kinda I guess.... then you can barely hear her theme somewhere in there, all muffled up, as if someone is trying to choke the air out of it. It was disgusting to hear.
