I did see the video of that parent doing that and it was kind of fucked up. It does make you question. How are you laughing and giggling when they tell you to go live you start sobbing like crazy. Something isn't right. I've never lost a loved one maybe that's how some people handle their grief I don't know. It did not look right to me.

Well he was not wrong about the father acting weird. I saw that video too when it came out. Dude was standing in his house walking to the garden where the media was waiting. All smiles and jokes. Sees the press. Immediately does a 180 in mood. There was als a weird interview with a coroner's assistent. Wide eyed grey haired dude who talked like no normal person would, even saying "we found this great....weird....thing" and not explaining what he meant to the baffled reporters.

It only seems to exist in the memory of people who saw it. I always thought when something was on the internet it was there forever but this seems to be erased. I have nothing wrong with people expressing and/or voting on views different from my own. The issue I have with Alex Jones is that he is verbally attacking other individuals in a hateful and disgusting way. While lying isn’t a crime, deformation of character is. Spinning news and running stories with questionable evidence is even legal under the 1st Amendment (both Freedom of Speech AND Freedom of the Press). Once you bring specific names and use crude ways to describe them without primary sources presented to the viewer, it becomes wrong.

Any reasonable person who can think for themselves would question how Robbie could act that way if he was in fact the father of a child who was lost to the shooting. Why is this so edited? The only thing that looked questionable was the address thing but you cut out his explaination which is absurd. The address is of a business is it not? From what it sounds like the guy questioning Alex is acting like it's his home but the video clearly says it's an address of HONR Network in Boca Raton which is a business. Every business that I've ever seen has an address that is public so what was his point? All Jones did from the Sandy Hook shooting story is show abnormalities and why people questioned it. Most of the questions were also extremely leading and wouldn't have even gotten a valid response if they weren't. The way I heard depositions work is lawyers will basically try to frustrate whoever is being questioned by making it take a really long time by asking redundant questions, and by using a accusatory tone to try to get them to mess up “You can’t handle the truth!” style. People naturally go into these things pretty guarded so one way to bring the guard down is to wear them down and piss them off to get a emotional response.

If you look at the public records of the homes in Newtown the dates of complete payoff coincide with Christmas that same year of the Sandy Hook shootings. How did so many people in that community all pay off their homes on the exact same date of Christmas day just two weeks after the shootings? Coincidence? Who paid off those homes and why? Actually it is. People are allowed to have opinions. They have to prove that he knew beyond a doubt that it was a real event for it to be slander. They'll never get that done. Mainly because it wasn't a real event. That's why this lawyer keeps saying it's a PROVABLE event. I've never seen a shred of proof that this is real. Not a shred. Can't wait to see their "proof". The lower courts ruling to find him liable due to a technically because he didn't disclose certain financial information is complete nonsense and nothing more than a popcorn headline. Once it gets to a higher court were Alex's Constitutional rights will be part of the discussion, that bougus bullshit will be thrown out. They have no slander claim, because it wasn't slander. Sandy Hook happened, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did add in actors to make it more juicy and dramatic. It's like how on American Idol they want some more dramatic, outlandish people to audition... some really do come in and they get the footage, but it's obvious that a handful are just actors that are hired to do crazy auditions so people will tune in more. It's just an extremely shitty practice when it comes to real world events that involve the deaths of children. I don't see why that needs to be any more "entertaining" or dramatic.
