I completely agree with having a smaller collection that you can really enjoy..I recently moved my Alocasia black velvet into pon and he took off with a ton of new roots and a huge leaf.. I think your dragon scale will do the same
I love to see the enjoyment you get out of your plants 🪴 Thank you again for my pretty plant u got me I'm gonna make u proud.love ya#mamaofmotherofplants
Those grow points at the bottom are roots. Alocasias grow from the stems and they grown new plants by making corms ☺️ they also don’t need as much humidity as you think they need. Just keep them watered it it should be fine. that dragon scale is beautiful.
Oh my gosh what a beautiful plant that is so pretty. I have been working on my for the last week getting ready to get some more I just ordered me a coffee plan I'm waiting on that to come to the house. But I got to find some Pon.Mama Long.
Is there an update on this? My alocasia freaked out when I repotted it, and I haven’t been able to find any videos of people showing how they troubleshooted and kept the plant from failing or going dormant, they just show the plant happy months later and just say it dropped a few leaves at first but don’t show the struggle 😂
Yes it died lol I have an alocasia I’ve successfully converted though! I’ve tried with the dragon scale twice already. Maybe I’ll get it the third time 😂🌱🤞🏽

Awesome, thank you! I really love all the videos about pon.
Thank you, I love making them 🤗🤍🌿
I have a silver dragon in pon and if they grow at the same rate, you're going to need a bigger pot soon ☺️😁
Thanks for the heads up, love! 🤗🌿🤍

what made you switch from leca to pon?
I feel like LECA works better for bigger roots and pon works for smaller roots!
Where did you buy philodendron and the Alocasia?
Just updated the description box 🌿🤍
@@aprilbrooks thank you!
All you had to do was adjust the plant, not start over. The pon would have conformed to hold it.
No worries, it worked out great either way 😇
