Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
I love the in-depth explanations Seth does. The excitement he has is infectious. It helps me so much! The absolute pride in the ingredients that go into the supps is phenomenal.

I was the same way! I had no trouble with nutrition and workouts but I just always put off cardio and used many excuses. Oh I'm not cutting right now. Oh I don't have enough time bc I already work 12hrs and lift for an hour. Oh I don't want to lose muscle. I finally manned up and just started with 10 min on the elliptical 3 days a week after workouts. Then I went to 5 days. Now I do just 15 min on the elliptical after my workouts 5 days a week and I'm in the best shape of my life and feel the best. I realized I was doing way more volume than I needed to do as well. I do 9 to 12 hard sets for each muscle and take 6 to 8 of those to failure and I'm still able to build muscle or def maintain what I have while staying lean and not starving at all!
Man... I am so glad Seth actually mentioned how under estimated electrolytes are which I thought the same. I started taking them last month prior to workouts and it has genuinely been game changer. Been using the SiS(Science in Sports) Hydro Electrolyte Tablets.
No other channel would I immediately click the video and hit like before even watching. When you see that title on a 23 min Seth video you know it'll be sick. You're the man Seth, an inspiration, keep it up! And fucking right with the Albanese.
You are so much more knowledgeable than you realize. I would say I learned a solid 50% of what I know from watching your videos. I know you're not a powerlifter but for the record I just set a PR last week benching 405lbs.
I will say this agin for the newbies. I have been training over 38 years and Seth knows his stuff. He actually trains old school minus the things we found out years ago weren't good for you . He is one of the only people I recommend to the younger generation. 💪💪
