Shotguns have more range irl than what other games depict and the only 2 games that do it right are pf and insurgency sandstorm because they actually did their research. Shotguns dont simply lose all lethality past 10m and especially dont have as much spread
You guys are taking it at face level, its just a joke. Shotguns in general are hard to balance no doubt, the Shotgun is just a PF meta and my main problem is the spread, tldr the Shotgun in many smaller to medium maps can reach good distances which I fine with but the spread could be rebalanced for better gameplay and enforce use of more weapons which are ignored
I also have a story about the a94 When I first got this gun,I thought it was amazing since I played cod soo I may have 147hr on that gun and then I realized that there was WAY better guns (I am ashamed of myself)

M4 on the neighbourhood map is blatantly op, i got 32 kills with it in one spot its just like you just keep spam clicking and its better than alot of rifles

The M4 is a headshot machine above all else, if you set it up for max headshot multi it's shockingly strong
