You should really consider contacting the German company Simon Motor Sport. He tuned a few Veyrons already for customers in Dubai. He really knows what he is doing and has a lot of experience with exotic cars. You should definitely check him out.
When someone claims the exhaust is going to give 15% more power you know you gonna laugh at the end!

The optimisation brings the power, just swapping the exhaust usually takes power
If the front is lifting, it need weight. Swing by a gym, "borrow" a dozen 45s, pop the front and place them in there.

@@Spazik86 You see VW Engineers had to stick to emissions regulations and make the car quite silent as well, because the stock Bugatti Veyron is quite silent. This car doesn't have to stick to *that* strict emission regulations, and definitely not sound regulations. It's not about who's the better engineer, but just making a freer flowing exhaust. That is it. The VW Engineers are still definitely better because they made the whole ass car and they made an exhaust for it complying emissions and noise regulations.

That exhust looks small.. downpipe looks big like 3,5” to small exhuast. On that engine it should be 3.5” all way out

When in doubt Gintani it out
The front end lifting means you have too much torque for the resistance of the dyno.
It's like if you grabbed a deskfan by the blades and switched it on, the body of the fan would rotate around the blades - your car is trying to do the same thing, rotate around the wheel.
Modern cars need tunes to adapt to a more open exaust. The ECU adapts to the new flow parameters and keeps the power pretty much the same

....I love how people think an exhaust is gonna open up 120+ extra hp. A gt race exhaust fully opened will get you 50 tops as an increase. Where power can really be upgraded is a new ecu tune that makes the open exhaust actually worth it, upgraded turbos and timing, and a good driver lol
So interesting to see a veyron owner drive the car properly and not bring afraid to push the envelope. Definitely sounds like a supercar now though you can see the design brief was for comfortable and quiet fastest car in the world at the time.
if the Chiron's engine is basically the same as the veyron, but with a configuration in the turbos and a different map, would it be possible to leave the veyron with at least 1500hp?
The balance of boost/exhaust is off. Gotta get a "moon tune" to work with the lack of an exhaust system.
And this is EXACTLY why Bugatti hates selling their cars to the clueless rich.
There literally is no aftermarket for the Veyron, so no one really knows what's needed to modify these cars. Hats off to this guy for being brave enough to experiment which, in the end, will make it easier for others mod their Veyron.

There may be a program which detect lift of the car. As it is on dyno and no down force generated by air it will do the same. I think when test in road it will go on.

Right off the bat I knew the problem was the tune. You can't make a car breath differently and not tune it. It'll run rich and you won't see the potential. I have a twin turboed S10. And after turbo upgrade. Larger injectors, and full exhaust, it ran groggy until tune woke her up
Just switching from 1/2 pipes to 3 inch pipes can give u 10 to 20 horsepower bro. Headers add power. He is correct he may be wrong on the amount of extra power but it does add power

You know that motor almost burned down the testing facility with the amount of exhaust heat it produced. It literally started to melt the exhaust ductwork
ECU is definitely torque managed for drivetrain protection.

I'd imagine that the ECU is seeing a lot more manifold airflow/boost, and commanding more fuel than the factory tables will compensate for. If you can crack it and actually tune it you'll make a TON more power than stock. Its probably pulling ignition timing to keep things safe.
Just goes to show how much that Ryft system freed up air flow! Bad ass guys. Cant wait for more!

There are many Buggati's 450 plus the other 100 Chirons, no owner is stupid enough to even bother bricking their Veyron or Chiron.
These cars would lose value the minute they do anything like this.

I have a suggestion. Try those dyno’s which bolt on to the cars hubs maybe that’ll eliminate the problem.
Problem A: when you install a full exhaust, you will need a remap.
Problem B: take your bugatti to a hub dyno and it won’t matter if it lifts the front end.

Because you removed a back box the car doesnt all of a sudden "need more boost" also these run Twin ECU's not single
Free flow exhaust = more boost = more air. Was new map for fuel done? I can gues now AFR is incorrect and more fuel need to be added and this will stop cutting power and will give more power. Now ECU is cutting power as air fuel mixture is lean.
A Free flow exhaust doesn't give you more boost. If you want more boost, simply change the spring tension for the waste gate or change the value in the ECU if it's an electronically controlled waste gate.
The expected power gain of 100-150hp is simply bullshit. That would mean the engineers at VW were utter idiots.
VW state this engine is capable of 3000+ hp but it burnt the factory down because of the heat theres a reason they stopped at 1001 hp for good reason I'm all for tuning but at when a manufacturer's down tuning the the fastest car of its time, its for good reason .mabie I'm wrong just my opinion

He really thought an exhaust on its own was gonna give him 15% more power? LOL! Obviously it’s more free flowing but that does not mean it’ll give you more power. That 10 hp increase isn’t even from the exhaust, that was just because of the temperature and pressure change from the last day you went there. You need a tune to see dramatic changes.
