The Breeze can certainly handle that wind pretty good.. that camera quality and stabilisation work well. Very cool of Bryan sending you his old one so you can have some use out of it. Buy another battery and you can take some great aerial video. Thanks for sharing Ryan

Good test flight Ryan, for a quad that old it still holds up well. Except for the battery of course. I always wanted the Breeze, but I l always would up getting something else instead, And thanks to Bryan for sending it out for review.

Bummer about the bad battery, but I'll be watching for your next flight with a new one. The Breeze is an awesome camera plattform and is very stable. Yeah, I'm bad about range tests. I'm upset I can't get the controller to work with my phone! Ugh. I need a new battery though before I can do a range test and I'm going to let me dad take it to Colorado so it may be a while before I get to it. Thanks for the tips DJ!!

Very nice quick review, shame about the battery stopping you doing more. The camera quality on that is excellent, and the bird is nice and stable despite the wind. I hope you do another video on this drone when you manage to get hold of a new battery. Thanks for sharing, thumbs in the air! 👍👍👍

RD's Drone Reviews all the good drones get discontinued, glad there are companies that do refurbish them to keep them alive,such as the Solo, Bebop and the Breeze

Yuneec is not really around anymore and I don't know if the app still exists. I can't even remember the app's name. This was gifted to me by another reviewer and I then gifted it to someone else a few years ago. Sorry
I need to get mine going
My Breeze went nuts a few times. Once, I landed it and went to go pick it up and the battery light started cycling all these weird colors and the thing shot straight up in the air faster than it ever could under my control. It used to do 90° turns violently in mid air for no reason. Thing was possessed. I got rid of it.
My Dad has mine and he has all kinds of issues though I think most are pilot error. I wonder if Wi-Fi interference could have caused some of your issues?
@@RDsRCReviews I'm assuming it was either that or a defective compass. Either way, when it would act up, I wouldn't have any control over it. I got worried that it was going to malfunction and hurt somebody. Really put me off of Yuneec products. I think the best drone for the money right now is the Parrot Anafi. It's quiet, produces a nice picture, and doesn't have Geo restrictions like DJI products do.

@@shutterupmedia259 I no longer own this drone. I gifted it to a friend but I did think the app was a bit flaky, yes.
On some Androids, you have to turn off mobile data for it to connect to the wifi
Yeah, I usually do that now for toy quads because my phone doesn't like to connect the second time unless airplane mode is enabled. It'll connect the first time but if I try to reconnect shortly after it'll not bring up the fpv feed unless airplane mode is enabled though I've not had any problems that I recall with the Breeze.

Hi there I just seen your video about the yuneec breeze 4K I own three of them in never had a problem with them, the controller's a lot easier to control then the phone good review like I said only three of them if you see my channel that's all my channel is is filmed with the breeze 4K

How exactly does the app not work? It is impossible to troubleshoot your problem with so little information.
I don't know if it's the app but the drone works fine. Everytime I connect the drone, it always warns me about battery and I also can't access the camera view on the app.
@@toyosauce6993 are you connected to the drone's Wi-Fi? The batteries are poor and don't fly long and even the new battery I got the app will falsely warn that the battery is low at times. However, the app should work fine. So if your app doesn't work then how do you fly it? Even the Bluetooth controller requires the app to work. How do you know the drone works fine?

It is a 13 min video with a bad battery to boot (I have a new one now) but thanks for the nice words. Geesh! If you want to go watch watered down noob videos that don't cover anything important then you should have no problems finding them. They are everywhere on RUclips. I didn't even do a full review either. Enjoy your miserable day!
Ask yourself this.... What's the point in buying a drone when you cannot even get the app anymore???? I'm done with these chinese cowboy companies. I'm gonna build my own. At least i know i can reuse it a year or two from now!
I hear ya though you won't encounter thede problems with DJI or even Autel. I've built my own drones and they present their own problems most notably getting a good camera and gimbal setup that works well is difficult.
