Born and raised in Gary, IN. I lived in Chicago for 12 years. Right now, I live in Seattle. However, I will be moving back to Chicago within 5 years. I miss Chicago. I try to visit every year. So many things to do. Again I miss Chitown
Love this video man, as someone who lives in Chicago I definitely agree that your money will last longer in Chicago compared to other places. Video got a like from me!
hey bro , im just turning 21. thinking about selling my car and getting to chicago but im in a wheelchair and wonder if you see many people out there in wheelchairs or are the busses and trains ?
Why does every real estate agent with a RUclips channel follow literally the exact same script word for word 😂 "I get e-mails everyday from people just like you that are looking to move to [insert city], so whether you're looking to move in 9 days or 90, give us a call, etc." It doesn't matter whether it's Chicago, Dallas, Des Moines, Portland, or any other random city in America. There must be some sort of template that you guys all downloaded or something. I'm genuinely curious.
Hi Xavier, what I meant was that many Chicago residents are moving out of the inner city and to the suburbs. The overall population has only declined slightly but some areas are experiencing growth!
good video .but your video is not seo so your video is not getting views ,your need video (95+ seo score) If you SEO your video properly then your video will get a lot of views
I miss Chicago. I've been in Florida fro 36 years and ready to come back home. I miss the people, the food, culture, things to do, There's just no place like home.
Great question Kevin. Really depends on how close to downtown you want to be. West Loop is DT. Old Town and River North are nice areas as well near DT. Naperville is a great suburb if you want to stay in the suburbs. Let’s chat on zoom about it. calendly.com/livinginchicagoil/30min

After spending most of my twenties in NYC, Chicago just seems like a better quality of life at a lower relative cost.
It really is a great city. Are you thinking of making that move to Chicago?

Loved this video! But how long is winter? I keep hearing January and February are the worse but I also heard it can snow until April?
Winter will typically last from December to February. But it rarely snows in April, more rain than anything else.
Thank you so much this helps in my decision to leave Los Angeles for Chicago
Glad it was helpful. Let us know when you are ready to make that move 🏠

Just a simple introduction. I’m working on switching it up. Thanks for the feedback.
Could you clarify what you mean by an evergrowing residential population? I thought that Chicago had a declining population. Am I mistaken?
Hi Xavier, what I meant was that many Chicago residents are moving out of the inner city and to the suburbs. The overall population has only declined slightly but some areas are experiencing growth!
Right!
There's a mass exodus in Chicago. Not just residential but also businesses. I'm afraid we're going to turn into Detroit one day!

Chicago got like 3 million people and people think all 3 million people are gang members lol
Common misconception of Chicago. But I love my city.
I'm from there, but I've always told myself I'd never live there again. Now that as an adult, I'm still unsure.

@@chirealestateagent as someone who has never lived in Chicago but is moving to chicago what would be some good neighborhoods to look at?
