What absolutely blew me away was the "fat removal" under the eye and the liposuction, like she wasn't already a size 0 with literally no extra fat on her body. There's nothing wrong with cosmetic surgery as long as you want it not because someone told you that you needed it to be pretty. I know! The way they picked her apart was disgusting. They should have started with therapy and then let her decide on the rest.
She didn’t even need a lot of the things they wanted to give here.. what’s wrong with her nose? Why change her chin and eyebrows? Why any liposuction? If she wants fuller lips and bigger breast like okay girl do it. And some people are really self conscious about under eye bags so I get that. But seriously all that? I have a problem with these unconfident people getting a bunch of surgery, and because that's not the root of the issue, they continue to get multiple surgeries to look "beautiful" when they're not happy at all.

Idk the story behind her depression but the only thing mentioned that could be beneficial was, like, therapy (if she needed it, or at least to give it a go) and maybe exercise if she wanted it bc yeah she didn't need any of the other stuff lol. I say exercise because if she had low self esteem with her body and stuff, the first thing people turn to is exercise and if done in a healthy way it can't really do any harm to just try it out
