8 reasons why we should not be living in Antarctica

As I lived here, the more and more I learned about the logistics of actually doing so. I would hear how much money, work, and hassle would be needed to do the simplest of things. So these are just a few of those things that I noticed here at McMurdo Station, Antarctica.

I certainly have enjoyed drinking a lot over the years and in the military but you guys are angered by an 18beer/3bottle of wine alcohol ration in a week? That's quite a lot dude. There are plenty of mining camps or military bases around where alcohol is prohibited completely. I am interested in coming to work down there one day if a heli pilot job pops up with the right heli type and i'll be more than happy with that ration amount.
