The line you three are on in this video was part of the New Castle, Franklin & Clarion Railroad as today in New Castle where New Castle Area transit has its transfer Center is located on the Railroad yard where Passenger Trains from Pittsburg now Pittsburgh left the Canal Basin at Pittsburgh's AMTRAK/Greyhound-Link Bus Stations using the Pittsburgh Fort Wayne & Chicago Railway through Conway Yard that replaced Pitcairn Yard as the PFtW&C Railway Passenger Trains serviced along PA 65/ PA 18 to wye at Beaver County Parks Butter Milk Falls location where Pittsburgh Harmony Short Line trolleys serviced as trolley line planned to take over the Pittsburgh & Lisbon Railroad before PRR got hands on it. PRR ran trains along this area heading eastbound out of Edinburg PA to the south of WB lanes of U.S. 422 as the PRR operated the New Castle Franklin & Clarion Railroad through Volant to Stoneboro PA as PRR before leasing to the New York Central Railroad line to reach Clarion University over the trestle you are on in this video. The line continued over the Allegheny Valley Railroad as the NCF&C RR as you get to Clarion Junction picked up past B&O RR coming north from New Castle along U.S. 422 going under Lake Authur at Moraine State Park as B&O worked its way to Foxburg to use its cut switchback following Allegheny Valley Railroad up to Belmar Bridge area with B&O cutting off to reach Clarion Junction.

Dustin to answer many questions the lady has yes to the south of Allegheny River is a campsite type housing community south of U.S. 322 just north of the Kennerdale Tunnel. As the Allegheny Valley Railroad left Pittsburgh it came up the eastbank of the Allegheny River through Phillipston Tunnel under PA 68 at East Brady as it also used tunnels at Kennerdale Tunnel that I think goes under PA 208 with other tunnel being the Rockland tunnel on its way up to Erie PA serving Pithole City now abandoned to service Oil Region of Oil City and Franklin as your south of Franklin PA as your on the Belmar Trestle on what is the Sandy Creek Trail.
