Ankalaev is a very humble guy, he did not say that Glover is scared nor did he say that he would be also scared to fight with himself if he was Glover. The translator made it all up

Tbf from what I've seen of him he seems like a good training partner who in actually pretty encouraging and positive in the gym. A lot of the aggressive training sessions are playing a character for the cameras.
