Keep the Hair as cloth to keep the original shape sometimes the hair gets messed up if you bring it in as hair, (CC3 version) and generate profile you get to grab all of your Daz character's textures Arm, Head, Lips, Legs and Torso into CC3 looking like the Daz version. I wanted to see more of getting a Gen 8.1 character into CC4 (i already know it's impossible in CC3) other then that great tutorial
This is frustrating the hell out of me. I'm using the newest version of Daz and some of the options in the export aren't showing up like "Merge Clothing into Figure Skeleton." Even if I don't use clothing, every time I try to import into CC4 I get an error that says that there's no suitable character profile... even if I'm just importing the most basic G8F with nothing added.. :(
Make sure that your exporting either Genesis 3 or Genesis 8 male or female. If your trying to bring in anything else such as non humanoid characters, monsters, robots or 8.1 characters it won’t work through the transform way, transform only works on gen 3 and gen 8 characters. Hope that helps

It doesn't import the Roughness and the rest of things, I don't find an alternative other than filling manually an INI file
