Couple of questions.
1- have you produced any 10cm and 15cm blocks also? For internal partitions 10cm maybe desirable.
2-since these blocks are made out of gypsum are they ok to use for external walls? And if so what kind of finishing plaster is used for it on the external surface
3-do you have any videos of workers building walls with it? Would be great to see what method they use.
4- have you guys tried to build them with tongue and groove?
5- I see some blocks with different shapes, square holes etc in it, whats the purpose of it?
6- do you guys build any longer blocks with rebar reinforcement for lintels?
7- are you able to share a video or picture with a cut of the block to see the air voids in them?

You could double or even triple the production by adopting simple machines, such as a pump for the slurry, a mechanism for loading all the materials, a mechanism that places the blocks on the wheelbarrow at once, and a way to easily remove the blocks from the molds by first vibrating the mold walls. This way, you could make more blocks and have the people tire less. Great work you are doing!

THIS BLOCK IS MADE FROM MARINE GYPSUM AND MIGHT BE AVAILABLE EASILY WHERE THIS VIDEO WAS SHOT. BUT IN INDIA, THE PRICE OF MARINE GYPSUM IS MORE THAN THE CEMENT PRICE AND NOT VIABLE IN THE INDIAN MARKET AS A LIGHTWEIGHT BLOCK. NORMAL GYPSUM, WHICH IS USED IN THE PLASTER OF PARIS, DOES NOT GIVE THE DESIRED STRENGTH TO BLOCK. I HAVE TRIED IT AND WAS NOT SATISFIED.

Good, very illustrative video, I liked it, congratulations. In order for the prepared brick to be more solid, it must be added to the elements that already make up the mixture, such as ceramic plaster 37 kg., 2 kg. of Portland cement, water and foam, fine beach sand without saltpeter must be added in a ratio of 3 to 1 with respect to the cement, this would be 6 kg. of fine sand. and if that is not enough for the consistency of the manufactured block, a light metal mesh or net prepared to measure should be added; when pouring the mixture into the mold, this way you will have a harder and more resistant block. What is certain is that these two additional materials increase the budget in the final product.🧐

En España ese yeso le llamamos escayola, tiene mayor pureza, más del 90% si no mal recuerdo, el yeso está por el 70% y tiene una granulometría mayor y no sirve para hacer esos bloques ya que muchos de esos granos se irían al fondo del molde.

@@user-zk1le3rl5y Küçük miktarlarda yemek pişirmiyoruz; Küçük hacimler için hesaplamalar bağımsız olarak yapılmalıdır. 300 g alfa olefin sülfonat için 50 litre su ekleyin ve sonunda 150 blok köpük elde edin. AOC 300 g/150 blok = 2 g AOC, 50 litre su/150 blok = 0,33 litre su
