A question - why are you using the Noise OSC instead of the B OSC? If all that happens is having a Sawtooth Waveform, i don't see what the point of the noise is. I am seriously interested! Not trying to criticize your method here.
The noise oscillator is what he’s using to frequency modulate OSC A, pay close attention to 2:02-2:30 and watch how he routes the noise OSC into OSC A and then adjusts the dial to taste after
@@bl8de3 yo my bad dude, when you said “I don’t see the point” I thought you were asking for an explanation for what specifically he was doing. Looks like OP has got you covered with his own explanation there.
I don't get it, why that SAW from noise has different FM effect than just the SAW from OSC2 :\ As they sound quite identical on their own - SAW from noiseOSC and SAW from OSC2
love how the psy people call bubbling sounds a lead xD
bubbles are a leading means of transporting globules of sound to your head.
It’s one of the many things we do😎
Ty for taking your time and sharing this🙃 all the best bro

Dope tricks 😎

What's that Auto Play thing you are using? Also I'm surprised you haven't committed your MIDI to audio. Good stuff. Thanks
It's Autoplay by Altar of Wisdom. It generates random notes depending on how you set it up. Another good option is Rhythmizer by futurephonic

@@justinrobinson1162 yes. i get that. but he could do the same thing with osc b. doing it that way just seems counterintuitive.
fm from b is phase modulation, this is actual fm. in this patch it is inconsequential but i just like the sound of real fm over pm
experiment with the two different modulation types and you will hear a very clear difference, particularly when you change the pitch of the modulator
