Lynch figured he didn't wanna take the risk without backup so called off the shake down. The job with Glazer went off without a hitch and Glazer took a liking to Kane and hired him as a "coordinator" of his crew. Xiu's still alive, Jenny still hates Kane.
I think both of these games should be given a 2nd chance. A proper remake or remaster with bug fixes, attention to detail, etc. I remember playing this game back in the day with my nephew. He was a true menace to lobbies and he would always betray the crew and get his money LOL
I really love how disorganized and messy the heists in K&L2 are. You're not playing as criminal masterminds, you're playing as thugs who don't care about anything or anyone except money, and it really feels that way.

I only played arcade but from what i can tell its a very thought out game mode that can rival the most competitive gta “adversary modes”. I would take a match of fragile alliance over a gta heist any day

I love the "ugly criminal" atmosphere is Kane and Lynch so much. Gameplay-wise it's not a good game, but design is absolutely top notch. And multiplayer has very fun ideas too.
I remember having Kane and lynch one and two when I was younger and I haven’t seen one robbery or heist games any where near is good? Especially that prison break just perfect.
They really should've retired the old crew. It makes no sense why billionaires with fully completed stories are robbing small time banks again, very lazy writing on Payday 3 side (especially bad after Payday 2's surprisingly deep writing) New crew, that are not as friendly and trusting to each other would've been amazing idea. But no, fanservice is more important, unfortunately

Man, I just wished that R*at least made an Online DLC similar like The Contract DLC, but having Michael and Trevor back one last time in a story focused on them, just like they did with Franklin and Lamar, before moving to GTA VI.
Tbh it was a bad game. The guns are broken since most weapons that are automatic cant hit the broadside of a barn. Worse with SMG'S which made playing the campaign and multiplayer painful.

The fact that the menu to buy weapons in the multiplayer is coming from a evidence locker really sets the tone of this game and i love it.

The only thing I hate about the multiplayer in kane and lynch is the fact that the netcode is bad and that the guns bloom is so bad.

This is what we are missing not open world crime games but heist games there is only really two with payday and Kane and Lynch.

W multiplayer
Small smgs like pac 10 are op at point blank range. I use these things all the time on pc with a bunch of other guys. Also nianshi 226 is op too.
