      @@lisalitle-valle1980 you are very welcome! Please post it in my Facebook group. I would so love to see it.
      I’d like to ask you a question since you made one ……
      I left out a section of the video at the beginning by mistake. It was the 40 rows for the brim. So I said 50 rows in the beginning then I ended by saying 90 rows. Did you realize the mistake and just figure it out or do I need to redo the video? I would appreciate your input.

    Working on the sentro 48 I use thinner yarn to prevent issues with the machine. I always have trouble that knots pop out on the good side of the work. Any tips?
    I replaced my sentro 22 for an addi 22 and noticed that thicker yarn is no issue for the addi.
    I feel a birthday gift coming up for the addi 46…
    Than I definitely will try this technique

      @@wilmavanroekel8462 I use 4 weight yarn in my Sentro all the time. In fact I have never used 3 weight.
      Just use good yarn and a bit more tension. The hook of the needles on the sentro are smaller so a “bit” tighter tension help the yarn stay under the hook before it’s picked up.

    Shelley-I have the 48 addi and if I want to do 4 colors -will that work as 48/4 is an even number!

      @@lindamurray6647 you need to watch the video where I tell you what to do with the 48 needle. You don’t stop at 48. You always add one more than the number of needles you have.

    Wow!!! Great work on this hat. ???? The color changes wouldn’t have worked as in having the yarns taken out of the cradle, then pick up the next color? In other words, be continuous?

    Hello, when you start you say 50 rows, when you finish with the caramel color you say 90. How many do you have to make? thank you

    • @GE-bk8xk
      @GE-bk8xk 23 дня назад +1

      I heard the same. Knit 50. Then next you phase in straight after it says that’s the 90 rows done. So it’s 90 inside. Then the you work the pattern of colours.

    Would it work if you placed the yarn on bobbins, do not cut the previous color. Just switch from the bobbin. Carry the bobbin along the donut so that the yarn colors do not get twisted. This way you do not have to cut and tie so often.

    • @91freckles
      @91freckles 25 дней назад

      They don’t start and stop at the same spot row to row. So that wouldn’t work.

    • @koalaknitsandknacksaddicrochet

      There are too many needles for each colour so you can’t do that.

      @@koalaknitsandknacksaddicrochet I not sure how to explain what I mean. I have done intarsia knitting by hand. You drop the color to the back and pick it up again in the new row. It only crosses over the one stitch that you move it over too. You do not carry it all the way around. Each color would have its own bobbin. I will try it and let you know if it works.

      @@marylenzen8632 I understand what you are saying but you end your colour after 15 stitches and the next time you go around you don’t start that same color where you dropped it. It starts 14 needles back.
