Two extra but great battery saving tips for the IPad Pro models are accessibility/motion/limit frame rate. This will cap the refresh rate of the iPad Pros to 60hz or lower. This will significantly reduce battery consumption (while still delivering the same performance as the M1 IPad Air). Perfect for if you have an aging iPad Pro, or your just watching videos etc, or you need extra longevity between charges. And the second is accessibility/motion/dim flashing lights. This one only works on the 12.9inch M1 or newer (XDR display models) and it will automatically dim the brightness on video content that depicts multiple flashing or strobing lights. Limiting the peak brightness to that of standard display models (600nits). Just remember to turn it off if you wish to watch HDR content with the highest peak brightness. All the best!

just went through your tips and that last one on Lock Screen just may be why my battery is dead after I open up my iPad after just closing the keyboard and track pad just for a few hours but my question is why is my I pad running through battery power a whole lot just by using the iPad just in settings mode, I have the brightness set to high but isn't my brand new 2021 iPad Pro supposed to get 10 hours of battery life, mind you I'm only going through the settings and closing down stuff I don't need or never use as directed in this video but like u say in the beginning of the tutorial battery drain is 99% software not hardware I hope I touched all the right buttons to fix my problem thanks again I am now a subscriber so if your tips don't work I'M GOING TO HAUNT YOU😁GUYS

I do most of this. I appreciate the mention of heat. It explains how my iPad is able to charge quicker when being used especially if I am playing a game which heats up the device. It really charges slowly when it's cold.

The problem that we run into however when turning off these location functions in system services is that it also deactivates Location-based alarms, automations, and reminders. It also does not allow optimized battery charging to kick in.

4:40 Closing all your apps does reduce the battery usage but iPads are supposed to be designed to handle many applications open at once. Continuously closing them all will make the app open slower.
Have you guys heard anything about the CarPlay problem? Can’t understand how Apple released OS15 and didn’t catch it. Surprised it’s taking them so long to fix. In the meantime is there a way to rollback to the last update before 15?

I found that if you have your phone repaired by a third party repairer, (ie battery replaced), then take it to Apple they wouldn’t fix or replace it with a genuine Apple battery. Is this normal?

It used to be 20.1 GB used storage before the update. I have no idea what "Zero KB Storage" is. I hope that is nothing bad.
