What’s your favorite iPad tip?
A few days ago a friend was really pissed telling me that he couldn`t open a zip file on the iPad. I was also caught by surprise not knowing how to do it. Just sent him this video. Your content is awesome man. Thanks for sharing it all!
How about the app Shiftscreen that solves the black bars when iPad is connected to a monitor.
It might sound funny to you, but the double tap of the control button, to launch the dictation is a completely game changer. Am dyslexia and I do use a lot of speak to text on the iPad, This changes lot to my work flow. Thanks a lot.🥳
How to use Enter or Return function using microphone?

Not every hero wears a cape.
This video is so good, it should be automatically shown when the iPad is unboxed
🤣🤣
Rotf lmao
Have a great day!
God Bless! Stay strong, stay safe and take care of yourselves! Wishing everyone the best! Jesus loves you! May the Holy Spirit guide you! 😇 💗🕊
Cheers to a better year buddy! 💞🥂🍻
Lol
@@aakansh45yearsago83 You're a devil 🤣 I was so confused because of your username🤣🤣 anyway, nice one
In Apple’s style, it would be an nfc tag
Best video i've seen for the Ipad Pro so far. Many many thanks!
For slide over, you don’t need to use the pill to swipe it to the other side. You can also use the left or right border of the pop up
Love the thorough and in-depth content!
I’ve been using iPads since they came out and thought I knew everything I needed to, but this showed me so much more. Thanks for this great content.
One of the better videos I’ve seen about the features of the iPad. Very comprehensive, well presented, and very useful. Many thanks!
I’m going to have to go back and refer to this all the time. I’m so glad! Things just finally make sense. Great Video 10/10!
What exactly happened to the digital clock widget??
I plan to watch again, maybe several more times! I'm a reluctant learner, so when I am overwhelmed by robust information, I will return to glean from it.
Great video. iPads have gotten so much more complex since my original iPad Air. I finally feel like I can take advantage of the full power of my iPad.
WOW! I’ve had my iPad Pro for over a year and I had no idea what it could do. Thank you so much! I need to watch this a few times and come back to reference it later when I’m working snd need it. By far one of the best videos I’ve seen and chock full of information
So helpful! I’m saving this so I can reference it. Thank you
Much needed video, thank you for sharing!
So much good stuff in here I'll have to watch it multiple times! Thank you!!
This is so jam-packed with useful info it merits several viewings.
I'm glad that all these tips and tricks are all in one video. That way I don't have to go digging or hunting for it in multiple videos. Thanks!!!
Wow! This is amazing! I learned so much
So good. Very informative and punchy delivery!
I love these videos. You go super in depth. Thank you.
Well done! I’ve used iPads daily since the iPad 2 in 2011 and you still taught me a few things I didn’t know. Obviously, I’ve now subscribed. Keep up the good work.
I’ve learned a lot with this video although the amount information was a little overwhelming...
One tip I’m going to start using is to scan documents directly when composing an email. I used to use third party apps for that...
Wow.
This tutorial is an answer to prayers. It’s been a while since I’ve been looking for something like this.
Thanks, Christopher.
You’ve got an automatic fan here‼️😂❤️
Tons of great information and quickly presented, thank you
Thanks for helping me out! You were the first one to help me! However i’m using apple products for nearly 8 years, i didn’t know some of these!
Awesome video, thank you! Where did you find that cool wallpaper?!
Christopher, this is the best iPad tips video I've seen to date. Well done and thank you.
Great info, love the long form....also downloading drafts now. 👍🏼
i need to watch this multiple times ...
This is one of the best ipad how to videos I've seen.
Excellent & very informative video !! Great piece of work !!
Came to know about so many crazy new features . Thanks buddy
I love the iPad Pro with the smart folio laid flat. It’s the best way to use iPad Pro. As a tablet. And I love that you made this pro tablet your work horse. 👌
I've been combing thru hour long videos for days now and you gave me stuff they never showed and in a very compact, easy to understand way. Thank you so much! How did you get the black background on notes?
You did an excellent job with this video. Thanks for sharing Chris.
So helpful! Learned lots of things I didn’t know about. Thanks for doing what you do.
Man, I recently bought the 12.9 inch and had no idea this thing was a beast. Been using it for drawing mainly and watching movies on its amazing screen. I’m in love with this thing. It’s awesome
hi just a question the 12,9 inch for movie like on the bed is not heavy?? like i feel the 11 inch is better for that
@@mohamedtagedine454 yeah I have the 11 inch and my hands get tired after one hour of holding it. And the 12.9 is 200grams heavier than mine so if you want something that’s manageable in terms of weight, go for the 11 inch one.
@@mohamedtagedine454 If you have the 12.9 inch, expect to rest it on something: your lap, a table, a stand, etc. 11 inch is more easy to carry with one hand.
Omg! I had no idea my ipad did any of this! I learned so much in the first 8 min. The entire video is an encyclopedia of information. I am so saving this video. I’ve watched this video 6 times now and keep stopping it and practicing each step section by section.
Holy crap my ipad is a whole new device now. No wonder it cost so much. Too bad it didn’t come with this video when I first got it. I have wasted so much time switching to my main computer with no idea I could have been using my ipad instead this whole time.
Incredible teaching video. Congrats for the good job Chris
this is the best video I have seen getting into commands, functions, shortcuts, etc... really impressed. Nobody else out there with these kinds of tutorials...
Thanks! I had to stop the video every 20 sec trying to remember and try the tips you show. Keep up the god work!
You just became my holy grail… how much I’ve learn and a lots much more to keep learning. Thanks.
Bro, this is awesome. Keep doing yo thang.
It’s content like this that makes YT a necessity in my life. The iPad has been my favorite device since the iPad 2 in 2011 and he showed me something useful I didn’t already know about every 40 seconds!!!
What if you made a tips and tricks video for Things3 showing us workarounds for the most requested features they still don’t have?
Wow!
I thought I had an iPad pro but this video proved that I was still a mediocre. Apple needs to personalize this for out of the box tutorial.
It’s obviously huge how many informations you could give us. Thanks for that ! Thought I knew a lot and i learned again even more 👌
Best iPad video I’ve ever seen, great job
Hey Chris, it was a great video!
One suggestion though, in the first part when you've have the iPad on the table, when you move your hand to change option and stuff, the camera changes focus to your hand every time. It's quite distracting. To avoid that, you can focus the camera on your iPad, then go into manual focus to avoid the camera changing focus all the time.
Oh my… there are so many tips I didn‘t know and I can‘t remember all of them haha
One of the best guides to videos ever, love the iPad too.. thanks.
Thank you. I just got a new iPad Air and I know the basic stuff. But as for some cool not obvious features it is hard to find videos like this. So thank you.
Excellent video! I have a quick question, how do you get the digital clock that you have on your Home Screen?
Yeah
this is the most useful list of ipad tips for productivity that i've come across in a long time. thank you! I started using some of these already today!
this is the best description for the iPad usage that i have watched so far , thank you
You’re amazing, thank you for helping me become more efficient with my new IPad Pro 12.9. Keep up the hard work, we appreciate every bit of it. 👍🏽👍🏽
I like the way u explain sir....!
Keep growing. Wish u a good luck.
The moment when a new Christopher Lawley iPad video is released but you're still having to listen to someone explaining some things on a conference call for 90 more minutes.
One of the tougher waits ...
You have 2 ears for a reason Kay...🤣
**records 15 minutes of just listening and coding it so that it keeps repeating on your video and you can just mute and go watch Chris**
Very informative Chris, thanks so much for the tips!
Thank you for the video! Very helpful!
May I ask. Where did u get ur background I love it
Did you figure out what background it was?
This video is like the industry standard of its type
As someone who is moving more and more to my iPad, this video is a revelation. I thought I would be compromising, not anymore! Thanks and keep up the great work.
Wow I haven't watch such an informative video on RUclips for awhile now, but this video is exactly what I need as a person who knows nothing about the iPad. Thank you so much ! Very well done :)
I had no idea! Thank you!!!!! How do I save this video as an icon on my home screen? If that’s possible, I’m sure I just need to find it within this video. Insta-subscribe.
Oooo. Lawley and DailyTekk both uploaded iPad tips & tricks videos at the same time. Lawley for the win! 👍
I saw that! Great minds think a like I guess!
Im just watching both😂
Chris’s vid is in a different style this time🤷♂️😂
i don’t even have an iPad (yet) but this video is soooo good!!! there’s so many things i didn’t know and other youtubers haven’t talked about, thank you so much for an amazing quality video!
Had to give this a watch. Loved it man
24:55 Backwards car! Your video is out of control! Lots of tips. Thanks.
Awesome tips, thanks!
Although next time please disable autofocus on your camera to make sure that the screen doesn't go out of focus.
I am watching it again as I know I missed stuff. So. Much. Awesome. Thank you!
This is an excellent video presentation, I'd thoroughly recommend to anyone with an iPad; detailed, well paced, well synced. First Class.
I truly appreciate the time and information you shared in this video. I've been debating on switching from Android to Apple and decided to start with an iPad instead of a phone. I'm debating on which model to get, still unsure, I know which one I like but didn't want to spend unnecessary money since it's just for leisure/entertainment purposes. Now I know why they're so expensive. I never knew you could do so much with an iPad but I never really use any of my devices to it full potential. Apple should definitely pay you for this video. Very detailed and you have surely made up my mind on purchasing an iPad, just need to decide which one. Again, thanks.
The only issue you’ll have is you’ll need a phone for FaceTime or messaging to work.
The new M1 iPad Air is pretty great! Or if your on a budget the iPad 9th generation has a 10 in screen and you can use the Apple Pencil 1st generation on it! I know it sounds odd, but if your not sure which one to get watch people like this RUclipsr or like snazzy labs or I’m forgetting the other one! Also try the apple store, they’re not there to up sell you, the majority actually care about your budget, and will recommend the right one for your needs. Best of luck!
@@sydniehi3054 I ended up getting the IPad air 4th generation. So far I like it but I do have a lot to explore and learn about it. Thanks for info, I'll be looking into more videos to help me.
@@onecleangti
Thanks, I don't FaceTime so I won't have to worry about that. So far I'm only using it for entertainment (reading, puzzles and domino's etc.) But I would like to learn more about what else I can use it for and benefit from it.
@@jusscam1124 that’s a great choice! It’s pretty powerful, everything apple pro has some great tips and tricks videos as well as iJustine! And of course
That was so much info. I turned my iPad pro from Netflix in bed to a useful piece of gear.
Great video, I didn’t see anything I didn’t already know, but this is the most comprehensive video I have seen on this material.
Terrific video, I learned so much. I have been using a fraction of the capabilities. Thanks
This is absolutely priceless for iPad owners.
I think Apple should pay you for this content and provide a link to it on every iPad they sell.
Tip: disabling auto-focus on your camera when doing top-down shots prevents focus from shifting out of the iPad and going to your hand
Wow, thanks for sharing tips and tricks for iPad!
Breathtaking. Complete lesson.
Tip: when showing iPad footage, disable the autofocus, set the focus perfectly (it's still kinda blurry). This way your hand will remain out of focus and stop the camera from jumping to it, blurring out the iPad.
this.

Thank you so much.. I had no idea about so many of the things you show here!
You showed me a couple of features that I haven’t heard of before! Thanky you.
This video is cool! Thank you for unlocking potential iPad!
Great video Christopher gave me a load of tips I didn’t know.
Thanks for all the information !
This was really helpful, thank you.
Wow. So much good stuff. Best video by far for usable tools and tips!
I’ve watched quite a few videos to learn about my iPad Pro 12.9, but this video was the best and most thorough, by far!!
Wow, very informative. Thank you for the video
This is the best video on how to maximize the use of our IPAD. Very informative and easy to follow. Thank you
Really great video, it should many more views than it does. Can’t wait for the next one 👊🏻
The best video of this kind I have found so far. I don’t think I will ever find a better one. 👍🏻🖖🏻
Awesome, learned a lot in a compact format. Thanks!
This video is freakin’ brilliant. I’ll have to go back and rewatch it a couple dozen times - there’s SO much to learn about navigating around my new iPad!
Great job Chris!
This is so helpful, especially in my work. Thanks man
This is the best video that i have watched that show a complete description on how to use the IPad Pro…. Thank you
You gave the best instructions I have watched regarding my new iPad AIr 4
