I made potato scones that you can eat with potatoes.
It's really the best if you eat it with basil pesto.
I used grano padano cheese, but you can also use parmesan cheese.
ingredient(8)
100g Unsalted butter
150g All purpose flour
60g Cake flour
10g Baking powder
40g sugar
100g Eggs
30g Fresh cream
25g Granopadano cheese
50g Colby Jack Cheese
200g potato
1 g parsley
2g Salt

Omg this tasted so good the recipe was so easy this scone recipe is the only one that looked like nebokom cafes vlog cookies I search on TikTok and RUclips but this is the only one I found
Helpful notes? = when baking I added more time like 7mins? So the cookies will have golden color
Another note = I only have heavy cream so I used that for the cream and the cheese I used was the same cheese it is parmesan cheese I boiled the potato abt 10mins
I like this order so make the dough a circle add extra cheese parsley for the aesthdic and the extra potato put at the last and cut smaller cubes so it looks prettier
