Greek Chicken Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
chicken tenders
Cavenders greek seasoning
garlic powder
onion powder
black pepper
olive oil
balsamic glaze
Season tenders with garlic, onion powder, black pepper and cavenders, a little olive oil and balsamic glaze
Saute in pan or cook in the air fryer
cut up into bite size pieces
Tatziki Sauce
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 a small cucumber grated on a box grater and the water squeezed out
1/2 tsp or so of minced garlic
1/2 - 1 tsp of cavender's greek seasoning
1 tsp or so of lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried dill or more if you like dill
salt and pepper to taste
cut up chicken and top rice or quinoa with chicken. Add some cut up cucumber, kalamata olives, and the tzatziki. It is delicious!!

Wonderful video and great thrift finds. I must say my favorite is that lamp, probably from the late 60’s or mid 70’s. So so cute! I laughed when you mentioned the scary looking plug on the lamp. I never thought about it, because so many of my lamps belonged to my mother and I remember them my whole life and they all have plugs like that! The recipes looks good too!

How fun that you are able to change the wiring in the lovely lamp you got! If possible, could you make a video of you doing this please? I pay an electrician to do this type of work and they are not inexpensive. Great haul!

Hi Paula, Your thrift stores have much better pricing than here in CT. You found some good items! I love the pinecone plate so far I have found a larger oval platter and a small oval dish. Lots of fun finds! Yes, you can re-wire the lamp easily with a kit - very simple to do with just a screwdriver. Love the mustard crock, Johnson Brothers Old Granite pear plate (lovely for autumn!), tin tray with flowers, grapes and peaches, and the Mikasa fruit placemats set (wow - what I steal at $2 for all 8!). Also enjoyed seeing your Greek chicken bowl recipe - great for late summer and simple to assemble!

Hi Paula it's Andrea in England. I must say what a lot of good thrif finds. I would love the spools they would make risers. Teapots from England as you know we are tea drinkers. Like the large balls jar will. Be good as a vase. What lovely sauce pans. Pumpkins look great in the different colours. Thanks for sharing its always good to see you and your sisters. We don't decorate as much like America . Love the chicken it looks yummy xxxxxx

Please don't use that bottle of chemicals called lemon juice. It's awful. Fresh lemons are easily available, not costly and taste so much better. I know people think it's a convenience but there is no substitute for fresh. They also last a long time in the fridge.
