£400 vs £590 are NOT similar prices! One costs virtually 50% more than the other.
Lol. Was thinking that this reviewer must be used to reviewing expensive watches, given that a 50% difference in price in this price range is immaterial to him.

That Seiko is beautiful. The dial on the Forzó is pretty cool. Another great video guys 👏
the Speedtimer would be a nice daily watch with it being solar, +/- 15sec/month and good sizing. i like the vintage color and the panda they offer
seiko is the best choice, it's branded and has 5 year warranty.
Branded? I rather enjoy wearing a watch most have never seen before! It's Forzo for me.

That Forzo is a banger. Checks all my boxes.
I have both these watches, in the exact same colours as this video. I was immediately blown away by the Seiko, less so by the Forzo, it just doesn't feel quite as premium. I wish the bracelet on the Forzo had a little more heft, and I'm not a massive fan of the polished centre links. The Seiko I always wear on the bracelet, the Forzo I almost immediately transferred to a brown leather rally style strap, and it looks much better.
Thank you for your comment! I have been waiting for this comment since i have tried out the Seiko in store and not the forzo. I was afraid about the "cheap" braclet. Its a nice watch face but i want the braclet but not a cheap one. Cmon Forzo, but 100 pound extra and make a proper braclet and not cheap invicta...
@@watchspinn I didn't say it was cheap, it isn't, it is all solid and well made and finished, there is just less metal than in the Seiko so it just generally feels a bit more lightweight.
@@sportwilliam in other terms "cheap"-feeling. I think if they put more metal in it, that will be more premium
I prefer the solar module of the Seiko and also I have a small wrist. I just bought the Seiko new at an AD for only £395 and I’m really happy I got it!

Forzo is beautiful in this colour!
Both are gorgeous and impressive
I think I'd say that Forso has the slight edge here, it just gives a more fully refined and thought thrue impression. It feels more complete.
But the Seiko is darn near. Both look great!
The Forzo is very fines, i own 2.. the moment you pick it up you know its a quality piece.. still a tad to high for me... if youcan pick up a pre-owned for $300ish its a score.

Still contemplating between this 2. Leaning towards Seiko but Panda dial is hard to get.......but the mecha quartz on Forzo is cool too.

Spend a little more and get a mechanical movement. I dont understand how people buy something so beautiful on the outside and disposable on the inside.

The Seiko Speedtimer white dial version (not shown here) is way more beautiful than any Forzo. Sometimes it's simple... 🙂

The seiko boasts brand equity, but the forzo is hands down beautiful by miles, save for that shiny center link,the forzo looks more modern and expensive compared to the seiko, I would go with the forzo and change the bracelet for a high quality leather strap and the seiko won't come even close in looks alone...
The seiko has a less good fit case bracelet, look at the space between the pump cover and the case horn
Is the text on Seiko bezel white or creme beige?
How is the quality of the braclet compare to one another? Is the same quality or is Forzo "cheaper"? :) I have tried the Seiko and it feels sturdy and well made.

I just got my forzo today and swapped the strap for a brown leather one it looks mega. The the mecha quartz movement is ace. I have really examined this watch and its good. I have a few watches no rolex's but got some seikos and certinas and oris' and I'd say the build quality is as good. Believe me I've had some rubbish.
Correct me if I’m wrong you said the seiko is not a screw down back but it looks like one? Is that so?
Both are quite attractive. I never thought I would like beige or whatever they call it but I love it and the blue equally surprisingly!
The date window on the Seiko was a dreadful idea. Didn't need one and would have been a masterpiece.
Integrated bracelet would have been God tier

First off the Forzo is pretty crap I have one and it feels cheap on the wrist I wouldn’t bother buying the Chinese crap, the pictures make it look better, mine sits in a drawer im embarrassed to wear it.
Can you please expand more as to why it is crap? This video shows the finish to be impressive. Indices are brushed and polished, dial look is lovely. I think it is a gorgeous looking watch and to be fair when wearing one more unique and rare than a Seiko. I am considering buying one but your comment has me questioning should I?
I wouldn’t let this comment influence your decision: Just take bashing and low ball pricing with a grain of salt .
I’m not a fan of Japanese watches. Grand Seiko & Citizen have some decent offerings, but their design philosophy doesn’t suit my tastes. Really like the Forzo, as some color combos remind me of Tudor or other Swiss brands … far superior to any watches coming out of Asia - China & Japan.
