Thank you for sharing. Is there a website for Landsend Homes LTD where one can see a portfolio of the houses you are selling and building? Also, is this only for Ugandans to purchase? I currently live in America but will be moving to Kenya in August this year to facilitate developmental projects between Uganda, Rwanda and Kenya. I would love to connect my Ugandan family in America.
How much is the unit in dollars
Not openly stating the price is a red flag 🚩 to me. Even the highest million dollar properties in the USA are openly priced online. If your target market is the diaspora, you need to rethink this strategy because they are not going to fly to Uganda just to find out the price.
Keep looking for red flags while your mates are investing and growing their capital appreciation.

@buildingforugandansindiaspora Still, Americans will assume the property is overpriced. A very limited amount of people will travel all the way to Uganda just to find out a price. In addition, it will be assumed the price will change based on the customer and you may be viewed as dishonest. For me, it's a red flag.

First impression i got of Uganda as well....Kenyan architecture places very little on exterior designs and interiors are a mix of clashing themes.....basically the idea is just to have a roof above your head.

For a business perspective, it is important to put the price outside for people .we need to know the price before getting there. Not everyone has time to come over to find out about the price.

Houses in the diaspora are not of a good quality compared to Africa. They build houses with planks and sticks, We Africans built houses with bricks, blocks

@@JaneHealth-wg2ig by God’s grace, my husband and I bought a house here in the United States. We had more work and care to do with that house than we thought. If you do not do consistent maintenance on the house buds will eat up the planks or sticks and the house will end up falling to the ground. Imagine, you are paying for a house for 30 years.
Ohh dear...Houses built in Africa for the most part have very poor finishings..the builders are cowboys...mould on the interior or exterior, crooked lines..ohhh please...its only pple who have lived abroad that understand the concept of great architecture...

Hello. Thank you for your comment and question. Yes, we have disability access. The elevators are wide enough to take wheelchairs and they go to all floors. Also, the bathrooms are roll on /off. They could even be tweaked further as needed.
