Great Estate with loads of potential. Hopefully the long-term plan is to create an actual Waterfront with a promenade, restaurants, hotels, water sports etc.. The area is so beautiful.
This neighborhood has a lot of potential in Uganda and can be better worked on to improve public roads.. the sidewalks need to be bigger and moved away from the curb, I would also like to see public parks for recreation like there are in all cities in Africa South, Kenya and Canada.. the location of stores and other shopping centers and banks and hospitals etc. could also be better defined.
The bad thing about that area is evasive season of lots of lake flies ..if you stayed there and forgot a light 🕯️ on with windows open to get fresh air you will find lots of lake flies or insects in the house. Thats Garuga area. You need nets on all the windows please kindly
The fact that they actually don't oversell themselves is pleasing. I have been here, in August, 2024. They clearly undersold this! It is much, much better than some might think. The roads, the amenities, the space. Would invest.
Love the Riviera, it's definetely a different design when compared to every day Ugandan housing. However I would love to comment that the windows have good quality but they need to be bigger and allow more natural light into the house
They need develop the actual perimetre of the lake... Turn it into a cornich for walking, jogging, like Tangier. Ugandan developers need to travel to Tangier, Izmir, Agadir and learn how to develop lakeside land.
I see you're a well travelled man. I agree, we need beaches and promenades with small well regulated and managed shops and cafes and restaurants.... Make it a real destination for people.
Jealous will kill you bro. Just relax and learn how investors work across the globe. It’s not a guarantee that you have to invest in your country of origin.
Imagine such a development without a single swimming pool in place. I stayed there in an Airbnb and was bored. The exterior of Bella vista apartments is not good. Very rough and cracks everywhere.
Poorly thought out. Those lake front properties will in the near future be flooded🥴🤯If you are buying, buy something furthest from the lake. And being near the airport isn’t always a good thing. Planes make a lot of noise . There are flights that take off at 4-6am and some that land 12-3am. Good luck with getting a good nights sleep.😊Just saying……..
Im Ugandan silly not some miss guided foreigner.A few years ago Ham’s house on the lake front flooded Those lake front houses will flood. It’s just a matter of time.I understand that these developers are not giving people the full details as for them they want to sell and let the buyer deal with the repercussions years after. But do your research before sinking your hard earned money on something that you will regret. I’m only referring to the units on the lake front, within 150m from the lake🥴
It's nice to see a real estate company showcasing real houses not renderings.

I am really very proud of your truth about pricing. Houses are affordable. I will definitely buy a house from you. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️.
Wonderful!
Wonderful to see 🇰🇪 Kenyan company doing great job outside the country.... its not a must for Chinese to do the construction
Yeah Ruto is seriously investing your taxes😅

The presenter lady is beautiful just like this estate. 😊
"Oh Uganda may God uphold thee; we lay our future in thy hand."
They have homes in Kenya too
Beautifully Done ❤️🇺🇬
I’m proud to be living next to this project in Garuga

@@danielbwambale3438 the way uganda doesn't oversell itself s a country too..like father like son😄😄
The beauty around it is so attractive ❤️

That's too expensive and unnecessary. Just have a corniche along the 3 km
At moment it looks like a swamp and if they dont put a corniche the water will encroach on the developments

They need to do this in Butabika when they move the prison
Exactly. We can also learn good lessons about beachfront designs from Cape Town in South Africa.
Me I've realised that lady likes everything 😂
You know!
And toomuch commenting!
If your projects would cater the poor, then the concept would be really attractive
These are for poor people. Have you not seen the bungalows with iron sheets?
Give your idea how....
Let me get that USD 100k
I’m gonna be a home owner in this estate
Centum doing wonders in another country while Sakaja is busy dirtying Nairobi 😢

@@dianentambara8794 do you know who is Sakaja,?

Swimming pools are for the poor. Here you have a whole lake bigger than some countries.
If you know anything about lake Victoria and Bilharzia you wouldn’t recommend swimming in the lake
May b its not of ur class .
@ Bilharzia attacks poor malnourished people or people with weakened immune systems.
William Ruto
I thot centum is Kenyan company, what are they doing in Uganda.
Yes it is a kenyan company but investments are not limited to any particular country, infact it promotes EAC co-orporation.
East African Community/ EAC is a reality already ❤✌🏽😅
I knew the GM was Kenyan when he began talking even b4 I saw his face😅😅
Because centum is a Kenyan investor who also ventured in two rivers
That distinct kenyan accent...he almost interjected his sentences with swahili...😂
gm does not look the project ,uganda zabu.is not even near to it,just being used.
Why can't centum manage the whole country, clearly they are way more qualified to run an estate than our useless MPs etc.
Ugly houses for the location
