About the United States Marine Corps:
The Marine Corps defends the people of the United States at home and abroad. Within every Marine is the willingness to engage and determination to defeat any adversary, and it is this fighting spirit that allows us to fight and win our Nation’s battles.
The mission of the United States Marine Corps is made up of three promises: We make Marines, we win our Nation’s battles, and we develop quality citizens prepared to fight and win battles.
You don’t join the Marines-you become one, forged in the crucible of training aboard our recruit depots on Parris Island, South Carolina, and in San Diego, California, or through the dedication required of officer candidates at Officer Candidates School in Quantico, Virginia. Beyond the physical requirements, aspiring Marines must prove they have the honor, courage, and commitment to face and defeat any obstacle.
Today, more than 180,000 enlisted Marines and 23,000 Marine Officers serve in active duty or reserve forces on bases and in communities around the world, proudly carrying with them the core values of the Marine Corps.
Bring these commercials back Marines. We need them more than ever.
Naw. I actually think this one is pretty mid compared to some of their best. The ones that push it in your face that being a marine is the reason you inlist, they used to know who Marines were, guys who wanted to chew dust and spit blood, killing for their country and dieing for their country, and being the best.
This one feels like it's for the pencil pushers. But it's still pretty good, but when you got Battles Won as you best, it's pretty hard to call it suitable. There in different worlds.
America might be flawed and imperfect, but we are proud of it and we will defend it. God bless our Marine corp.

These commercials is what I watch before I play lacrosse. These commercials show why the marines have the most discipline out of the rest of the branches.

I've taken each of my grandkids to Arlington Cemetery and to the Marines Iwo Jima Memorial. Kids need to see and know what happened, how they defended this country, and why they deserve our respect forever.

I don't think this is your continent. The main focus presenting itself is that the Native Americans got here first, you guys didn't. So have some respect for the United States of America, this continent does NOT belong to you or Europe. England controlled us for awhile, until we broke away and became the world's finest military superpower. This world has never seen a nation so powerful as the United States or be equal in power with the United States. The US is known and will be known for the rest of humanity as the world's greatest nation ever created. And I will say this again. This is not your continent! Europe can't even control the conflict and issues going on within itself. America can handle it's problems without ANYBODY'S help. Have some respect for human life. Damn, watching this vidoe made me realize something, people have always been telling me that I won't be serving our country by becoming a Marine and going to Afghanistan, but hell, I realized even though the war itself doesn't really suit America very well, but Marines do, becasue that's what the Marine Corps does, they serve the nation, and the Corps.

You do not have to be a citizen to join. Being in the military can fast track your way to citizenship(if that's what you want.) I'm a Marine and I work with guys who are not citizens.
Your best bet would be to talk to a recruiter. He can give you specifics and answer all your questions.
