Listening to Brooke guide this conversation was so refreshing. I love how calm, cool and collected she is (even when fighting tears). It is so easy to jump on a hate train! But she helps Tana navigate difficulty in such a healthy way!!! Love it so much.

Understood but not a comparable situation seeing as brook has hindsight after doing it and learning from it and Ashly situation just happened. Its always easier to learn from a mistake you made vs a mistake someone else made. You pay the consequences which helps you learn from your actions. Not at all saying Ashly is in the right, just saying you can’t compare someone giving grace to someone who’s already made a mistake in a similar situation versus someone who is giving someone shit for making a mistake before they have made the same one.

it breaks my heart seeing Tana so upset. Tbh it feels all fuzzy and warm watching tana grow up. Maturing, rebranding, taking care of her spaces, having the mental capacity to think of those around her and be a compassionate friend and coworker. I think she’s even surprised herself at this point. Keep sliving queen.

Hopefully this is a one time thing but ultimately I think Ashly knew exactly what she was doing and either didn’t think she’d be caught, or more importantly that Tana doesn’t possess the self respect to cut her off, BC she knows how much she means to Tana, so she could get away with it, regardless of how badly it hurt Tana, bc Tana would have to forgive her since they’re basically sisters and she already forgave Brooke. She knew she had a pass, she knows what she can get away with. And doing it just bc you can doesn’t make you a true friend. Crazy. Ashly really showed her character here and I can only hope she’ll better herself for it.

I never comment on this stuff but the way you both keep saying “Ashly never would have done this if she knew it would hurt Tana” but she proceeded to keep it from Tana for months! That literally says she knew there was something “wrong” about it but kept doing it. I get she is your life long friend Tana and you want to work through this, but don’t gaslight yourself because you are afraid of losing a close friend. If she isn’t ready to step up to the plate, grovel at your feet and do the work needed to repair the damage she did, then i’m sorry but you don’t have a friendship at all.
Not only was this episode entertaining as hell, I’m so glad we got to gain some insight in how Tana feels about the Mindy situation and why she even started RUclips.
