My HOA board uses PG58s for meetings, which last a couple hours. We are finding that we have to replace the batteries every couple of meetings. That doesn't seem normal. Is there a way to increase the battery life? Should the batteries be removed after every use?

Is it possible 8 wireless mic at a time on the stage? And which item is best for this?

Yes it is possible... the best option would be the QLXD systems that can handle 8 channels at a time no problem. The GLXD-advanced systems, in my option, aren't that great. They're 2.4 ghz digital systems so they're prone to interference. Also, shure says you can only run up to 9 channels in typical conditions and a max of 11 in ideal conditions. BLX would probably work, it's fairly entry level but can really work good in a good rf environment. 8 channels at a time might be pushing it but it could work. I would say... buy QLXD if you can and look at BLX if you can't. WHATEVER YOU DO.. use at least 1/2 length antennas or paddle antennas and distribution systems.

How many microphones can work with on BLX standard box simultaneously?

Hello! Standard BLX receivers can be paired with one microphone. The BLX88 receivers can be paired with two microphones. If you have any other questions, feel free to get in touch. We're happy to help you find the best wireless system for your needs, and also determine which frequency band has the least interference in your area. Thanks for the interest!

the glx-d advance is the best . The rest is no good at all They are the worst sounding and cost all for the batteries

Zion Cage However, they are problematic when you have wireless routers close by. They will cut out and give bad interference. Had to go back to analog. Can’t be beat!

As mentioned, glxd, transmitting on 2.4ghz, is really prone to interference. Also GLXD is limited to a maximum of 11 channels under ideal conditions (fine for most stuff but a show stopper for theatre) I hope when you say "the rest is no good" that you're not referring to QLXD. QLXD is quite, quite good.
