Nice, the old sound of Tangerine Dream, like this style very much. Also de 70 ties period of Klaus Schulze.
Sounds great!
Sound sculpting. I liked the subtle blending of the synth voices.
Thanks
Go for it mate!
Thanks I really appreciate your encouragement
Analogue Heaven!! Loved it.
B960s, stepp'n through all the notes...
B962s, switch'n too.
Nords and Streichfett in there sing'n...
Strings coming from, I don't know who.
KrautRock phaser shimmering, swirling ...
I'm feel'n that music, do you too?
All shepherded skillfully by Maestro Tones
Vykarr Rock'n that goatee, wha-Hoo !!!!
Excellent effort
Poetic wordsmith likes old synth riffs 😊

This is excellent! Hope you had a great birthday and thanks for sharing this!
Gorgeous tones, awesome demo Vykaar !
the Behringer Syncussion SY-1 is out now ... but I don't know if he has room for one.....I couldn't run a tweak on that many synths at once, watching his hands move around, you can tell he knows every synth so well...Amazing.
Thanks, will probably have to get the SY-1 to add to the Edge for the old school percussion
@@VykaarTones you can do neat blips and blops with them too ... the selector knob, on the left of each section, re configures the circuitry to do different types of stuff....6 circuit configs A,B,C,D,E,F ....it's not just drum and cymbal sounds, but it can be.
liked subscribed and shared
Thank you very much and if you are in the UK please vote for someone or else you can't complain?
@@VykaarTones I can always complain 😁
No, I'm out in one of the old colonies. Terra astralis
hi that sounds good.
what is the name of the speaker over in the corner
KRK Rokit 6 powered monitors - nice flat response and not too big.
@@VykaarTones i am selling an oberkon 3, you might want it?
No thanks, I have four 960s which I prefer.
well, done sir. we have similar paths. #inspired
i'll never get married cuz i want to keep all my synthesizers...
Liked and subbed for both your synth content and political message 😎
960's were doing the ratcheting I take it? I'd love to get one, but such an HP hog considering my current setup.
The 960 provides the pitch CV but the ratcheted triggers come from the Doepfer A160-5 module.
@@VykaarTones Thanks for clarifying on my mistake! For whatever reason I thought the 960 was capable of such. Looking forward to more content :)
I like the patch on the 2600. Any chance that you share a picture of the patch?
I am changing the settings as I play. Watching in HD on a large monitor I can see what I am doing. There was a drone at the end because the filter frequency was set midway.
Very nice! What do you do to promote your videos?
I don't do anything apart from interacting with positive comments and remaining antique, unique and genuine. You tube may offer me other advertising options soon...
@@VykaarTones thx for the quick reply. cool rig
I could say a lot of negative things about Behringer ... one thing I wouldn't deny is they sound as good
I have been pleasantly satisfied with the sound of most of the Behringer synthesizers I own and find them close to the originals in tones.
People need to stop brand worshipping or brand hating, all big corps have shitty ethics. The moog gate keepers and behringer haters are out of control, especially considering how good behringers gear actually is. Brands like behringer are really good for the end user, we get more synths cheaper and reproductions of classic gear that manufactors refuse to re release. Focus on the music everything else is just useless noise.
@@neonblack211 "Moog the gate keepers" yes yes you're right. Unlike 10-15 years ago, good sounding analogs are so easy to come by. There is so much good gear out there that I'm more particular about my sequencers these days than the actual synth
@@ComsiCaterpillar I'm looking at sequencers at the moment myself, the synths I get the most work out of are my BARP 2600, my MPC and micro freak.. I'm starting to build a small rack system for use with the 2600, got an abacus, a brains on the way and ill be getting the chaos... What sequencer would you recommend to start with for using with eurorack/modular, I've been looking at the 960 but also the 2500 sequencers/mixer look cool, and the SQ 64 looks pretty powerful too, where would you start if you were me?
OX one sequencer
For 1400,-- you can buy a real Wasp. Shite on the Jasper.
Yes I have had half a dozen Wasps over the years. They were £99 back in the day and do sound best but were very flimsy and were always breaking. My job included fixing Wasps in the music shop I worked in.
