This Nestum Cereal Chicken is super fragrant and crispy, with tender chicken thigh meat inside, paired with the fragrance of cereal that makes it an incredibly appetizing dish.
▶️ 腌鸡 Marinate Chicken：
500克 鸡腿肉 500g Chicken thigh
2汤匙 酱青 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
2汤匙 蚝油 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
少许 胡椒粉 Pinch of Pepper powder
1汤匙 麻油 1 tbsp Sesame oil
1粒 鸡蛋 1 Egg
1汤匙 玉米粉 1 tbsp Corn flour
6汤匙 玉米粉 6 tbsp Corn flour
▶️ 沾料 Coating Ingredients：
2汤匙 牛油 2 tbsp Butter
8 条 咖喱叶 8 strips Curry leaves
少许辣椒 Some red chillis
120克 麦片 120g Cereal
50克 糖 50g Sugar
1/2茶匙 盐 1/2 tsp Salt
2汤匙 炼奶 2 tbsp Condensed milk
