Wow! That’s a lot!!
As the videos get more complex it makes a lot of sense to take the whole model to battle ready before you highlight! Top Man
I'm glad you think so, it just seemed to make sense to me to do things like that for a model like Helbrecht.
Watched your match Vs Beard today, was brilliant. Man your dice rolling skills are as good as ur contrast paint skills
Haha, thank you so much! I had a lot of fun playing that game, though I did feel a little bad for Beard towards the end!
The music 🤘🏻🤘🏻 . Fantastic paint
Thank you so much Rubén!
My girl spark hammer sent me this! Black templars, let’s GOOOOOOOOO!
Be sure to thank spark hammer for me and I hope you enjoy the video!
Oh gooood is this good! Model ia amazing on its own, but you paint it so well, its astounding!
Thank you for your amazing videos! 😄🤩
Another fantastic masterpiece! Well done.
Thank you so much!
Awesome and always, and super digging the intro music
Thank you very much Brad!
This is fantastic!
Thank you!
great work man
Someone get the linkin Loyalists song ready! Another crusade is ready!
Another top of the line work. Especially as I have now wanted to get the new Black Templars going.
Thank you very much! The new models are so good I wouldn't be surprised if there weren't a lot of crusades launching right now.
Fantastic tutorial as always net time can you do a black Templar heavy intesesor
Thank you! I shall get that added to the list of suggestions for you now.
@@Warhipster Excellent videos as always, Are you planning to do Bayard's revenge paint? Thanks :)
fantastic work iron warrior /alpha legion next?
Thank you! I don't know if they'll be next, but they're certainly in the line up!
Fantastic….
Thanks Mark!
beautiful. just wondering whether if you are going to show the painting of the helmet version?
Thanks tien! I think it'll just be this version, though you'd be able to paint the helmet using the red and armour recipes from the rest of the video.
@@Warhipster thank you for the guide on it.
What are your thoughts on using contrast paints over a zenithal base coat? I've watched quite a few of your videos and you've used just one color for your base coat.
I think they can work really well. I'm a fan of using a regular base as that's what most people are familiar with and I want to try and keep these videos as accessible as possible.
I don't know how you do it, my blood angles red contrast either comes out blotchy or too dark. i tried putting some darkoath over it like you did and it pretty much turned black. Gonna have to repaint it grey seer and try again 😭😭
How are you priming this - model fully built then spray? or spraying the three pieces before basing them?
Fully Built and then spray painted yeah. He's spaced out enough that you get to all of the angles!
What size Artis Opus brushes do you normally use?
I use the Series M Size O and OO most Shane, they're great for super fine details.
The best
Thank you!
Not painting this guy in subassemblies is a big dick move tbh. Mine is like 6 parts.
@Warhipster Damn, thats a great paint job! What brushes do you use? Want to get some for Christmas, but can decide on what to get
It's all in the intro
Thanks Flyn! I use a mixture of Citadel and Artis Opus brushes, using the Series M from Artis Opus and, in this video at least, a Small Layer, an STC Medium Layer and a Small Drybrush from Citadel.
HOW DO YOUR SKIN OILS NOT RUN THE PAINT OFF!!! I CAN'T EVEN LOOK I MY MODELS WITHOUT PAINT WEARING OFF
I actually have a towel that I keep up here that I wipe my hands on every hour or so. After that the paint generally settles and doesn't need to be protected so much but a varnish when you're done will help you out if that's an issue you have!
@@Warhipster i do use a varnish. Unfortunately it does seem to dull some colors however. Thankyou for the tip
Can you paint it the way gw painted it. Cuz this aint it bro.
@@zombiefrogg8542 hahaha this is not the box art 🤡🤡🤡
