My favorite table top game I had was my guard vs my buddies Tyranids. I was going away to basic training so we just set up everything we had in one apocalyptic showdown. I let him continuously respawn his forces until he tabled me. Good stuff.

Love the description of the combat against the Hierophant bio-Titan, particularly how the Hive Mind clogged the Imperial Titan’s servoes with the countless bodies of smaller bioforms. I hope to see one particular type of bio-Titan again; a burrowing creature resembling a giant Mawlock the size of a Reaver used, in the earlier Codexes, by Hive Fleet Jormungandr…

That would honestly be the best if it turned out an ancient chemical compound from Terra known as “DEET” turned out to be completely fatal to all Tyranids, bypassing their genetic adaptability, but everyone just assumed it wouldn’t work.

My only complaint is that they used 2D location (south west) I stead of a 3D system
Great video. However if they faced the Hive Fleet Leviathan like the Blood Angels did they would have been crushed. 1000 ships is small as Leviathan had hundreds of thousands of ships.
