I was calculating my costs like this and then realized I was spending a LOT on delivery and sales tax for my ingredients without accounting for it. Maybe not such a big deal where you are - but in in Spain the sales tax is 21%!!! (and I can't buy wholesale). Just a reminder to be a good detective and make sure you find your hidden costs. Thanks for the vid!!

Hi Teach, another great tutorial from you, and very interesting. Some time ago I downloaded a package similar to this one, it's called "Bill-N-Pack" and it has helped me very much. It has an invoicing and packaging part to it, and I think there are downloads for candle-makers as well. You can find it at Soapies Supplies

Thank you for the links - The MAC link did not work for me, but I have the Microsoft Excel for MAC 2011 - so I downloaded the "CostCalc.xls -- Microsoft Excel 4.0 format". It works just fine with my MAC OS X version 10.7.5
