Maeve is trying to keep the peace. I don't see that she keeps taking sides. She is trying to let everyone explain. Nicole is irrational and accuses way to fast. It was a stupid picture Cassie took on the day Maeve told her to get cash out of her wallet for a new coat for Knox.
So she wasn't stealing.
Something's not right about Cassie being accused of stealing.. I may be in the minority, but I believe her.
