Panis Angelicus (Bread of Angels) [with lyrics]

"Panis Angelicus" (Bread of Angels)is the penultimate stanza of the hymn "Sacris solemniis" written by Saint Thomas Aquinas for the feast of Corpus Christi.
This setting was composed in 1872 by César Franck for tenor voice, harp, cello, and organ as part of his 'Messe à Trois Voix'.
It is performed here by the Quorum Trio.

My niece had it sung at her wedding, June 25th ' 23. I sat there and went into a deep reflection. Felt a sense of humility. After the ceremony, her husband and her placed a bouquet at the Blessed
Mother 's feet. Her husband looked at the Blessed Mother's face with such tenderness, I felt a warm joy. To love Our Lord in return is a beauty.

@@suehancey8355, thank you very much. Monique was our only daughter. She was diagnosed September 26, 2023 with colon cancer that spread to her liver and lungs. She also had 11 lesions on her brain. She had never smoked, drank, plus no drugs. Why did God not heal her? Here on earth we are desperate for miracles. Where are they?
