Log pollution ke baare me aisa taloja ke liye Keh rahe hai jaise kharghar, nereul jui Nagar do not have any chemical smell 😂... its just a myth created by people.. why are so many big builders constructing if it's so bad? paradise grp is building the largest township in Ghot and is near to midc.. do u think he will let those factories stay there for long? builder lobby in maharashtra is very strong.. eventually all this will go away with time.. and smell comes in the evening towards Ghot gaon not towards pendhar that much

Did not observe that in the area that I visited. Nor I could see factories around. Those are little further , whenever I visit there at night I will check the ground reality
Comparatively it's better than Panvel Karanjade Ulwe in terms of Public transport but nothing compared to Mumbai so at all these places you need atleast a scooty or two wheeler.
Home buyer keep on think in your mind, always rent first in that locality before you buy home, within one year you will get to know every thing about the locality, becouse brokers and builders never tells you real truth 😂
Absolutely right, in fact that's what I tell people whenever they call me. Brokers and developers are here to make money but if the buyer doesn't do the due diligence before buying something for 50+ lakhs or any amount then it's not a wise decision. Thanks for your comment

It's basically a creek and all creeks have a peculiar smell especially during the hot season.
All creeks have mosquito problem because that's the perfect breeding place for them especially the mangrooves
But eventually it's the property rates and availability of flats that decides the price, whether we like it or hate it

Haan Maine bhi dusre vloggers se suna hai leki main Jahan Gaya udhar factories nahi this. Factories Taloja MIDC mein hai aur wo 2.5 kms door hai
