Hello, I am a freshman in 2021 and I have just received the admission letter. I would like to ask whether freshmen are required to live on campus in the first year? Because I want to live in San Jose with my parents, thank you!
I believe if you live within a 30 mile radius of SJSU you aren’t required to live on campus so if you live in San Jose your can stay home!

How much do you pay for the dorm?
About 7K USD for non-Californian resident and internationals
Is that for 2 semesters or a semester?
