**SPOILERS** I mentioned Scorn being able to be interpreted as a story of birth/rebirth and that I wasn't a fan of that and I want to elaborate a bit. It's not hard to make an impression that the game is about birth due to all the lewd imagery, human factories and so on. (How do I phrase all this without YT taking the comment down??) The game pretty much begins with a "goo explosion", then the protagonist has to fight "other babies" to make his way to the "vertical gate". The whole protagonists thing could be seen as them being twins and ending up in one of those freak accidents where one is dead in the womb and/or strangles the other with the umbilical cord. I'm not a fan of such interpretation personally however because to me it all being an allegory would undermine the whole world-building, which is very impressive as is and I like the story being a bit more detached from our reality since the entire game is very alien.
Enountered your channel recently. I see great content here! p.s. Have you played Gadget: Past as Future? Thought about it when seen your videos on Garage and Sublustrum
Criminally underrated channel! Your walkthrough for Garage was a lifesaver and I'm glad to see you covered Scorn too!

I’m with you. Allegory is cheap.
This is great commentary! You're very underrated. ^^
Thank you!

Thanks!
I think I've heard the name being mentioned, but other that that I can't say I'm familiar with Gadget.
