I always see NCLEX videos and hearing about it sounds so stressful! In the UK we have an OSCE to do instead. It's like the NCLEX but in physical form 🤦🏽♀️😬 We have an assessor watch us perform ALL assessments and every assessment has to be detailed and I'm sure we have to do multiple OSCES (but I'm not sure - I'll find out in my last year this September 😬)❤
Yes, the NCLEX is always talked about being so stressful (I hate that)😭.
But wow. Having to perform all of your assessments is very detailed…reminds me of semester-check offs. But when you do find out, I’m very interested to see how that goes! I’ll stay tuned ❤️
Thank you for sharing especially the part of not comparing to other students. I'm one of the last people in my cohort to take the nclex and I had to delete my fb and turn off chats cause it was getting so annoying everyone saying how hard it was and how good it fels to be done. Like we weren't even that close of a group but they had to share their success. It's good to feel good about passing I thought it gave the people who haven't taken the exam a bigger fear of taking it
Yes! Trust me girl, I get it. You gotta block out everybody sometimes so that you can focus on your end goal. First doesn’t mean better, as long as you get to where you need to be ❤️

What do you recommend for someone who is having a hard time remembering content? Should I review all content again?
Hey, I recommend listening to audio lectures a couple of times, take notes, and then talk about it out loud. Kind of like remembering lyrics to a song, I will sometimes come out with little songs that I'll say over and over until I can remember it and actually understand the reasoning behind it all.
Reviewing all content won't hurt as long as you have time, but I know that can be overwhelming sometimes. So, I would listen to lectures on content that I struggled with at least 2 or 3 times.

I have to take two exit exams before I can take the NCLEX 😢 but this is sooo helpful for everything
Oh girl, you got it! Just prepare as much as you can. I know my nursing school put a lot of pressure behind the exit exam, but do what you can to find your peace and you will get to where you need to be.

Honestly, that’s pretty good! I was getting 53% on a few, 57/58% was my average, and I’ll randomly get 60-70% on some
Uworld made me feel low a lot of times, but it is meant to challenge you
