Could you do a progression video going from first prerequisite drill through this? Also I saw the pits in the first video I watched and thought it looked familiar until I realized I vaulted there at a meet in college! Thanks for all these videos. Very informative as a new coach.

i am a tall vaulter 6'0 girl 2nd year vaulting and i cant seem to swing all the way up, do you have any tips? I've cleared some heights but nowhere close to where I want to be, thanks
Well you have a height advantage thats for sure. Thats awesome. I would watch this video: ruclips.net/video/3KwWFmkOWvE/видео.html Those drills are specific to getting upside down and swinging all the way through the vault. Also, straight pole drills are huge for helping with a swing. Bending the pole can be the greatest thing ever or the hardest thing ever when it comes to swinging.
