I think the variegated plant is a creeping vinca and it is beautiful and very low maintenance.... But you better make sure you want where you plant it "if you're planting it in the ground"... Cause it will spread.... It can get kind of wild..... But we love ours..... because we put where it can make a good size patch....and as always Ms Jean you and Mr John always find the best treasures❤ me and mama love watching yalls videos...we wish y'all love and blessings from us here in Johnston county NC ❤🙏🌸🏵️🌻🌼🌺

Love the plants and great prices. I have mint in my cottage gardens, love it but it multiplies faster than rabbits 😂. My favorite is the high chair as I’m a primitive lover for sure. You find some great things and great prices!

wow Jean, this haul is very impressive. So many wonderful items, but you know the best thing about this haul is Baby Boy sitting on that baby seat.. Here in Australia Jean, we call those little sleeps Nana Naps ( in the afternoon ). Also strangely enough my all time favourite painting is Washington crossing the Delaware, not the great art of world, nope, that huge painting hanging in the Met. I once sat there gazing at that for hours, LOL.

Instead of using paint to touch up your lamp, use powered eye shadow. I work at a Victorian home museum and that’s how we repair anything made of paper or paintings with cardboard backings. The shadows can be blended and don’t leave obvious paint lines. We get every shade possible (usually from the dollar store) and the blend until we get the exact color match. Just make sure you use the powers only. Powder blush can be used for reds or pink colors.

Well now…Longaberger…AGAIN! I just got an email from them announcing their new line of patriotic baskets and the smallest one is $138.00. When I say smallest I mean you could sit it on a salad plate and still see the plate. WHAT A LUCKY DUCK Jean. I had to drive Hunny to dialysis yesterday(Saturday) so I spent some of my 5 hour layover at the Habitat restore. I too bought a lamp but it was so small I can use it in any vignette I choose and I paid 5 bucks for it…and needs a new lamp shade which will probably cost me at least that much more unless of course I’m lucky enough to find one thrifting😉. I really like those candlesticks and of course those flowers are such a find at those prices. But I think if I had to choose my absolute favorite find you secured this week it has to be the red hen on a nest. Just beautiful!!! Jean…you have a decor style and it’s much like mine which is eclectic. Like you I have a great love for pretty much anything that isn’t modern. Hearing John banging away in the background was such a treat because my husband Jack(John) was ALWAYS fixing, building or tinkering with something all the time before he got so sick but he is slowly recovering from what they decided was an autoimmune disease. Now 2 years later and a very aggressive uphill battle back to a much different life I long to hear those noises again. I do thank God every day that Hunny is still with me but life is far different with dialysis 3 days each and every week. So you see it’s the “little” things that bring me great joy these days and your visits bring me great joy!!!:):):)

A large lamp is more of a challenge. So sorry your hubby has had health issues. It’s hard on us too because we hate to see them not feel well and not be able to do what they once could do. I know too it bothers John at times to not be able to do certain things he used to could do with ease.
