I just weighed myself 198lbs. I started doing wood last March at 260lbs. I felled, cut up, dragged out of woods, split and stacked by hand 27 cord of wood almost everyday till September. I quit working out during that time. Lost some muscle but lost a lot of fat and gained a lot of endurance. Being out doors and lifting and carrying and splitting wood got me in best shape of my life and I was able to sell 20 cord as well. I respect the work Mike is putting in. The reward is great!

Watching this series has been an inspiration as well as reading the numerous comments. I need to lose 70lbs. I need someone to hold me accountable and monitor my nutrition during the process like Mike is doing with Big Mike (soon to be lil Mike). After my mom passed a few years ago I wasn't motivated to do anything and I developed unhealthy eating habits which resulted in me gaining weight. My eating habits are better but the weight lingers. I need discipline, structure, and a strict program in my life. I'm trying to live my best life.
This is great. I grew up fit and have been gaining weight now in my 30's. Its so hard to lose a little stomach. Seeing Mike's commitment is great. Thanks for the vids Mike.
Recently hit a plateau trying to lose this last 30lbs (90lbs down already) and this series has shown me that plateau are BS and its all in hard work. I implemented some of these routines into my training and weight it melting off like it did when I started at 280lbs. Keep up the great work!
Did all of these as a family work out last summer I turned it into a star drill with cones mine differed a little I had some beast crawls, shuffles, and karioka mixed in to. This man is super smart I hope he doesn’t stop these videos.

I'd love to see something like this tailored for the winter. Would be great to get the fresh air but there's no sprints and burpees out there without falling on your butt and losing an ankle
