    your right about self motivation. I drive trucks over the road, I live in my truck. I workout every single day and trust me I have thousands of excuses I fight everyday. many times I workout on the street in front of my truck because I'm parked on the street or a rest area. about 2 years ago I told myself NO MORE EXCUSES ONY SOLUTIONS. this changed everything.

    Heeeyyy Big Mike!!!! Glad to see you back on it. I needed my weekly fix. Little do you al know, you motivate me so much. This needs to be a TV show so all of America can be motivated. Just 2 weeks ago I found out I have high blood pressure. Never had tdhgis issue before. Been having lots of physically problems. When Mike posted about his friend who passed away, and today's video, all of this slapped me in the face. Because I have not been feeling well. So I would lay around thinking I would feel better. Which word lead me back to working out. But i realize by today's video. I have to push threw it to get better. Please keep the videos coming. America needs it!

    Mike, I'm 44, 5'7 and need both of my hips replaced. I have diabetes and gout. I started losing weight for hip surgery. I went from 294lbs to 217lbs. Don't be in a situation like me where something drastic happens to your health before you change your lifestyle.
    I have ordered the obesity code book now.

    Nope ! Nope! Nope! I'm disappointed in Big Mike, Period! And to be honest, I gotta be objective just like Mike Rashid is. I might get some dislikes, however, to those reading this comment -- hopefully you'll understand where I'm coming from. It's been a month since we've seen a video like this. Mike Rashid has given Big Mike the blueprint on how to make it happen. The blueprint is not only for Big Mike but also for those watching this series. "Yes" it's good Big Mike is still at 277 but I thought he should have been at 255 or 250 by now. At the end of this video Mike Rashid calls out Big Mike and lets him know that he can see that his strength has been lost. This shows that Big Mike has not been consistant with his workout regiment, instead he's been maintaining. These videos inspire me believe, and yes sometimes it happens we as humans get off course. I've been consistant since these videos began airing and was expecting a little more from Big Mike. I'm not angry but I think he needs to know we the "viewers" MUST hold Big Mike accountable just like Mike Rashid is doing. It's called tough love with some encouragement. Mike Rashid can't always be the bad guy. Sometimes it takes friends to tell you the truth to keep you pushing. I believe in you Big Mike and will not give up on you brotha. I just thought it's good to let you know that I'm holding you accountable to win. Mike Rashid gave you the Homework --and now it's your part to study, stay prepared, and hold a level of consistency. Real friends tell the truth👍 Lastly, my condolences to Mike Rashid and his friend that past away so young. Cardiovascular disease is real and we need to take control of this disease by being consistent with a healthy lifestyle.

      Your expectations is way too high. Go 277 to 255 is 22 pounds. It took me seven weeks to do that. Mike only had a month. That's nearly 6 pounds which is very unhealthy to lose. I was like big mike, where my weight stall but that because I was eating too little. Now I'm at 255. One month stall is understandable, now if he stall two month, then rail him

      @@mikelawwwry9245 you only plateau if you don't drop calories or you lose muscle from cutting too fast or something and then maintain.

    • @PhdMusic03
      @PhdMusic03 6 лет назад +3

      I see both sides. However I do draw the positive that he maintained his weight lose and didn’t gain any of it back. That’s important bc often times people who have struggled with their weight for a long time have difficulty not gaining it all back. Reality is that eating unhealthy and not working out is an addiction. And just like drug or alcohol addicts relapse so do obese people. So it was good to see him stay somewhat disciplined and not weigh in at like 290 or 300. However he needs to fast or really tighten his diet up to make up for the times he was sick.

    It’s easy for the guy who’s career is centered around fitness and lifting to say this to Big Mike. That’s one thing with trainers I’ve been annoyed with in the past. I’ve got a very demanding career and a family of 5. I’ve chosen to spread my time between them all in order to make over $100,000 a year and provide for my family. That being said there are NO EXCUSES not to stay eating healthy and to get an hour in everyday of some type of exercise. Keep going Big Mike I hit a slump during the holidays after 30 lb weight loss. Back on track even doing 2 a days and trying some vegetarian dishes. Respect and love keep it up y’all

I was consistent with my workout and diet for a few weeks until my elbow starting hurting so I took a break. The plan was to take a week or two until the elbow felt better and the elbow got better but I didn't get back to working out. I should of been doing some light cardio until the elbow healed instead of doing nothing. Starting tomorrow morning I'll work my way back to being consistent again.

    Motivation - Temporary. You're motivated to win a game. Inspiration - Everlasting. You're inspired to win a Superbowl or go to the HoF. That's how it was explained to me...

      The GAWD of Truth easy to lose motivation when u think the gym can put work a lousy eating routine. Fasting is honestly the key 💪🏼 I wish everyone knew it 😞

      It’s hard to always be motivated. Some days are bad, some days good.

      Honestly when the person you're trying to help doesn't try, I'd lose motivation too seeing as training and dieting takes alot of hard work, and investing my energy in someone who doesn't care is pointless.
