I think I'll be sticking around the north. I was meant to go on the train last year but didn't realise how far ahead I needed to book to get a 1st class sleeper.

Durian good god...I'm a nurse on a surgical ward. A patient's visitor brought some in one day. The smell caused so much of a fuss. We nearly evacuated thinking we had a gas leak! Terrible 😂

Learnt how to make stir-fry chicken basil at cooking class on koh samui its an easy tasty dinner just need some thai staples in the fridge
Been wanting to do one since I got here just never bit the bullet and done it. I'll have to before I leave this time. My mate told me about a private one but it was crazy expensive.

Love cooking meat over charcoals, that’s how I always make food for the kids, they love it way more than the same meat on a pan. Definitely gives it a smokier and fuller flavour
Need to get a charcoal grill whenever I come back 😂 I'll be grilling my own meat sticks at home.

what up what up! Mate, go for the durian. I couldn't stand the smell for about 10 years, then I finally tried it and holy shit, it's unbelievable. The texture and flavour are like nothing I've had before. You'll love it if you already enjoy the smell.
The texture is what's stopped me. I've seen people try it and it looks so creamy. I think it would throw me off.
