Yo mate - they call it "fresh milk pork skewers" (หมูปิ้งนมสด) because they marinate the pork with milk so it seeps into the meat and makes it juicier and tastier. When you go to a pork skewer stall and they DON'T have the word "fresh milk" (นมสด) it means they haven't marinated it with milk. Hope that helps!

My Thai mum used to make pork kebabs like that with condensed milk , probably why it tastes honey like , could be normal fresh milk tho .
